Study On The Influence Of Agricultural Productive Service Industry On Agricultural Total Factor Productivity In Shanxi Province

Agricultural productive service industry is an important bridge to improve the efficiency of agricultural production,accelerate the transformation of economic development mode,and promote the process of agricultural modernization.It is an effective linkage mechanism between small farmers and modern agriculture,and become the third driving force in the history of agricultural modernization after farmers' cooperatives and agricultural industrialization.The practice of agricultural development at home and abroad has proved that accelerating the development of agricultural productive service industry is an important way to promote agricultural production efficiency and realize agricultural modernization.At this stage,under the normal economic situation of China's national economy transforming from high-speed growth to medium high-speed growth,and under the background of promoting agricultural modernization and realizing rural revitalization,how to improve the industrial competitiveness of agriculture,especially how to improve the efficiency of agricultural production and resource allocation,is an urgent proposition to adjust the agricultural industrial structure and achieve coordinated development,which is proved by theory and practice Agricultural productive service industry has become a better choice.In reality,due to the different regional characteristics,development level and institutional environment,the development level of agricultural producer services is different,and the role of agricultural development in different regions is also vary,which requires the development of agricultural producer services in accordance with local conditions.Although Shanxi Province is a typical resource-based Province,its agriculture also occupies an important position.With the development of agricultural economy,the agricultural modernization process of Shanxi Province is faced with the problems of low efficiency and unreasonable structure of agricultural production.Therefore,we should emancipate and develop agricultural productivity,explore the agricultural productive service industry suitable for the situation of Shanxi Province from the theoretical and practical level,so as to boost agricultural production efficiency has become an urgent problem to be solved in the transformation of agricultural development mode and the promotion of Rural Revitalization in Shanxi Province.Taking Shanxi Province as the objectof study,this paper analyzes the influence path and level of its agricultural productive service industry on agricultural total factor productivity,which has important theoretical value and practical guiding significance for Shanxi to improve agricultural production efficiency,promote rural revitalization and realize agricultural modernization.This paper mainly studies the influence of agricultural productive service industry of Shanxi on agricultural total factor productivity under the background of long-term promotion of agricultural modernization and Rural Revitalization.In the theoretical part,by means of combing the correlation research in China and abroad and defining the concept,this paper systematically studies the mechanism of the influence of agricultural productive service industry on agricultural total factor productivity from two aspects of agricultural technology progress and agriculturaltechnology efficiency;in the current part,combined with the development background of agricultural productive service industry in China,it comprehensively analyzes the development status and problems of Shanxi agricultural productive service industry In the empirical part,using the econometric model and panel data of Shanxi province from 2003 to 2017,this paper studies the impact of agricultural productive service industry on agricultural total factor productivity level in Shanxi Province,and analyzes the empirical results.Finally,the conclusion is drawn and policy suggestions are put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,agricultural productive service industry stimulates agricultural technology progress,agricultural technology efficiency and agricultural total factor productivity through industrial integration,specialized service,deepening agricultural industry chain and externalization evolution.Second,Shanxi's agricultural productive service industry is developing continuously,but the level is not high,the growth rate is slow,and the structure is not reasonable;Shanxi's agricultural total factor productivity level is in the rising period,and the role of technological progress is greater than technical efficiency.Third,through empirical test,the positive effect of Shanxi agricultural productive service industry on agricultural total factor productivity has been verified,but the significance level is not high,and the impact is limited.Fourth,in terms of policy recommendations,we should increase investment,adjust resource allocation,strengthen government guidance,and reasonable urban-rural relationship to promote the influence of agricultural productive service industry on agriculture,and improve the power level of agricultural productive service industry to improve the level of agricultural production efficiency.The innovation of this paper is as follows: first,the theoretical framework is constructed,and the mechanism of agricultural productive service industry on agricultural total factor productivity is analyzed from two aspects of agricultural technology progress and agricultural efficiency improvement.Secondly,based on the reality of Shanxi Province,DEA-Malmquist index method is used to calculate the total factor productivity of agriculture,and the impact of agricultural productive service industry on the total factor productivity of agriculture is analyzed by using the econometric model.
