The competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense with the rapid development of society,and the managers of enterprises urgently need more management tools to improve the business performance of enterprises,while the managers usually focus on how to promote the positive work attitude and behavior of employees,but ignore the harm brought by the negative work attitude and behavior of employees to enterprises.Some data prove that 33%-75% of the employees in contemporary enterprises have been neglecting work,leaving early and taking up company finances,which bring huge economic losses to the enterprises.Based on the social identity theory,this paper investigates the influence mechanism of employees’ internal and external social responsibility knowledge on their transgressions in the workplace,and introduces workplace spirituality as a moderating variable to analyze its moderating mechanism in the influence of corporate social responsibility knowledge on organizational identity.The model conjecture of this paper was initially verified through interviews with 20 employees of enterprises and institutions,and a total of 321 valid data were collected by questionnaire survey method,and the data were analyzed and tested by SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 software,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)internal and external corporate social responsibility perceptions significantly and negatively influence employees’ workplace transgressions;(2)internal and external corporate social responsibility perceptions significantly and positively influence(3)organizational identity significantly and negatively influences employees’ workplace deviance;(4)organizational identity mediates the relationship between perceptions of internal and external corporate social responsibility and workplace deviance;(5)workplace spirituality positively regulates the influence of perceptions of internal and external corporate social responsibility on organizational identity.This paper enriches the research on employees’ negative work behavior and workplace spirituality in China,explores the antecedent variables of employees’ workplace deviance,reveals the mediating role of organizational identity in the relationship between CSR perceptions and employees’ deviance,and puts forward constructive suggestions on how to curb employees’ deviance from the perspective of corporate social responsibility.
