Workplace deviance behavior has become an universal phenomenon in enterprises. It does not only tend to exert a negative influence on harmonious labor relationship, but also reduces organizational performances. Eventually, it causes enterprises financial losses and does not contribute to the sustainable healthy development.Under the internal and external pressure because of its reforming and rapidly growing, E company is facing a rising trend of workplace deviant behavior and the negative impact increasingly highlighted.Through literature study, interview investigation, questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis, this research studies the manifestation and severity of E company employee deviant behavior, analyzes the reasons and summarizes the related influencing factors, and finally attempts to put forward the countermeasures of reducing E company employee deviant behavior, hoping to provide valuable reference basis for management improvement, and organizational performance improvement and sustainable development for E company, meanwhile offering helpful information to the similar enterprises about employee deviant behavior control.The research is carried out from the following aspects, and the results are obtained.1.By conducting behavioral event interview research to the deviant behavior status quo of 20 employees in E company, 63 kinds of deviant behaviors existed in E company are summed up.2.Through the analysis on deviant behavior of 223 employees by questionnaire survey and data statistics analysis, it`s concluded that the average score of E company deviant workplace behavior is 2.7, 2.8 in organizational dimension and 2.6 in interpersonal dimension. Then according to the otherness study on deviant behavior, conclusions are drawn that there is significant relationship between age and deviant behavior in interpersonal dimension, while no relationship in organizational dimension, and different position performs a remarkable difference on organizational deviance. no influence on interpersonal deviance.3.In accordance with the foregoing study and the second interview, it`s concluded that the causes of deviant behavior in E company refer to: work-related factors, organizational division, compensation, organizational climate, leadership style, and personal factors.Finally, it proposes recommendations about how to reduce deviant workplace behavior.
