| As a "new form of foreign trade",cross-border e-commerce has played an important role in promoting the innovation and sustainable development of international trade mode.With the rapid development of overseas warehouses of cross-border e-commerce into an important node of cross-border logistics,its operational agility has gradually attracted the attention and concern of the academic and business circles.In view of this,through the case study of overseas warehouse nodes of cross-border logistics,this thesis explores the enabling effect of digital innovation technology on the operational agility of overseas warehouse enterprises,reveals the implementation mechanism of the operational agility of overseas warehouse enterprises,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improvement on this basis.The research of this is divided into six chapters: the first chapter describes the research background and clarifies the research ideas and the research framework of this thesis.The second chapter takes the grounded theory,cross-border logistics and cross-border e-commerce synergy theory,and agility theory as the theoretical support,and reviews relevant researches on cross-border logistics,digital logistics,overseas warehouse,agility and other relevant domestic and foreign literatures to lay the theoretical foundation of this thesis.Chapter 3 summarizes the overseas operation status,existing problems and difficulties of CN’s cross-border e-commerce,and explains why it is necessary to improve the operational agility of overseas warehouse.The fourth chapter uses the agile enterprise realization model to analyze the enabling effect of digital innovation technology on the operational agility of the overseas warehouse and evaluates the agility ability of CN company’s overseas warehouse in multiple dimensions.Chapter five proposes countermeasures to improve the agility of overseas warehouse operation according to the theoretical basis and the actual operation situation of overseas warehouse.Chapter six summarizes the research conclusions,research deficiencies and prospects.In the part of theoretical research,this thesis first collates relevant literature,and studies research methods based on grounded theory,cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics synergy theory,and agility theory.Sort out the research progress of cross-border logistics and overseas warehouse,and clarify the connotation,core elements and enabling tools of agility.Use the research results of previous agile analysis framework to analyze the operation agility of overseas warehouse from three dimensions:customer agility,operation agility and partnership agility.In the case study part,this thesis studies the operation of CN’s cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouse,and analyzes the current problems of CN’s overseas warehouse,such as insufficient demand identification ability,limited collaborative innovation ability,and insufficient customer demand response ability.In the conclusion part,based on the theoretical basis and combined with the actual operation status of CN’s cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouse,this thesis clarifies the enabling role of digital innovation technologies such as virtual network organization,Internet of Things,flexible automated storage equipment,and smart supply chain system on the operation agility of overseas warehouse.It is proposed that the operational agility of overseas warehouse is evaluated by three different dimensions: customer demand response ability,internal process rapid reconstruction ability,and the flexibility of partnership;It reveals the mechanism of CN’s overseas warehouse’s initial realization of operational agility through the construction of digital infrastructure and the use of data and information sharing.Based on the research conclusion,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the agility of overseas warehouse operation through agile development team,local political embedding,and agile organizational strategy. |
