In recent years,a new type of HRM mode,the "three pillar" mode,has gradually emerged.In essence,the three pillar mode is based on the innovation of HRM.This model divides the HRM system into three major systems,including human resources business partners(HRBP),human resources shared service center(HRSSC)and human resources center of expertise(HRCOE).As a kind of innovative management mode,the domestic three-pillar mode of human resources is in the stage of growth and pilot,and the total amount of practical enterprises is small and uneven distribution.In particular,this mode lacks more mature application in accounting firms.Therefore,it is urgent to study the application of the three-pillar model of human resources in accounting firms.In this paper,based on the three pillars mode,taking a well-known international accounting firm-D firm as the research object,by doing the focus group meeting and questionnaire,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in D accounting firm.In view of the problems and causes of D accounting firm,this paper proposes to adopt the human resources three-pillar model to innovate their human resources management.At the same time,in view of the particularity of the existing problems,the paper designs the system from three aspects of the three-pillar model,and gives the concrete implementation plan.In addition,in order to analyze the application effect of this innovative human resource management model in D accounting firm,this paper makes a comparative study from two aspects: transformation effect and implementation effect.The results show that the application of the three-pillar model in D accounting firm is effective,and its transformation has begun to take effect.However,it can also be seen that its transformation has not yet been completed,its business will change and upgrade to coincide with external environment,and human resources management model still needs continuous innovation and continuous optimization and upgrading.This paper could provide reference for Chinese enterprises to carry out the transformation of human resources management mode.
