| In recent years,the rapid development of E-commerce in China has greatly changed the way of communication in the field of consumption,stimulated new consumer demand,triggered a new round of upsurge,opened up new channels to increase employment and income,and provided new development space for people to innovate.The first document of the CPC Central Committee in 2021 pointed out that to accelerate modernization,vigorously implement rural revitalization construction actions,promote rural consumption in an all-round way,increase efforts to promote e-commerce into villages and agricultural products out of rural areas into cities,and promote the effective connection between urban and rural production and consumption.This paper makes exploratory research on the development path of rural e-commerce in Hekou District of Dongying City,and uses e-commerce to help poverty alleviation,improve the ability of poor people to use e-commerce for entrepreneurship and employment,promote the sales of characteristic agricultural and sideline products and tourism products in poor areas,and help people in poor areas to get rid of poverty and get rich.Promote attention to rural e-commerce development in various fields.Through questionnaire survey,network survey and field visit,this paper analyzes and investigates the development status of rural e-commerce in Hekou District of Dongying City.In the face of the problems in the development process,I refer to the excellent development experience at home and abroad,and put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural e-commerce in Hekou District of Dongying City.According to domestic and foreign existing research literature,in the understanding of estuary under the condition of rural electronic commerce development present situation,collect and organize the factors affecting the development of estuary rural e-commerce indicators,and through the way of data collection and field investigation analysis of the existing development of estuary rural electronic commerce,with the method of integrating theory with practice,This paper constructs the factor index system that affects the development of rural e-commerce in Hekou District,and then obtains the main influencing factors of the development of rural e-commerce in Hekou District by means of the analysis method by designing,issuing and retrieving questionnaires.The results show that there are four main factors affecting the development of rural e-commerce in Hekou district:infrastructure construction,market environment,policy environment and farmers’ subjective consciousness.Thesis according to the result of research,combining the reality of estuary research situation and development of its rural electricity supplier actual case,according to the Suggestions on how to develop estuary rural e-commerce,through to the domestic and foreign rural electronic commerce development of successful case studies,summarizes the operation mode and experience of practice,pointed out the direction for the development of estuary rural electronic commerce,It provides some experience for the actual development of e-commerce in rural China. |
