The countryside is stable,the world is stable,the agriculture is strong,and the peasants are rich.China has always attached importance to the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and vigorously developing rural e-commerce is the inevitable result of conforming to the national development plan.L County with rich agricultural products,convenient transportation and large population,is a large agricultural county.However,its concept is backward and its management mode is conservative.Coupled with the small local policy support,the villagers have gone out to work,making the development of rural e-commerce in this region backward.The detention is serious and the economic income is low.In recent years,with the strong support of the state,the development of rural e-commerce in the world has sprung up and flourished.More and more people are familiar with the Internet,such as Jingdong,Taobao,and many platforms are also more closer to the people.The county has a great opportunity to develop rural e-commerce.At the same time,opportunities and challenges are coexisted.The challenges faced by L County in developing rural e-commerce include the competition development of surrounding counties,the brand effect of agricultural products,and brain drain,ect.Through comprehensive analysis,this paper breaks down its unfavorable factors,actively responds to challenges,and finds ways for L County to develop rural e-commerce.This study involved in field surveys,questionnaires,literature combing and other methods.With systematically study the development status of rural e-commerce in L County,and summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the development process,and lists the swot analysis map.Finally put forward several feasible suggestions based on the conclusion and its development strategy.The study is divided into six parts.The first part is mainly introduces the research ideas and research methods,which is the introduction.The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.The third part is the questionnaire survey.This partaimed at the results of the questionnaire,summarizing the status quo and problems of rural e-commerce development.The fourth part is based on field research,questionnaires and existing research results,using the swot analysis method to analyze its internal and external environment and draw conclusions.The fifth part proposes a feasible countermeasure.The last part is the summary and outlook,which puts forward the shortcomings of the research.This paper believes that the focus of rural e-commerce development strategy in L County should be considered from the following three aspects:First,farmers themselves actively participate,change concepts,to be new farmers,actively learn,master advanced technology,and strengthen risk prevention and control capabilities.Second,enterprises should play a leading role,adapt to the market,update marketing concepts,build distinctive brands,and optimize industrial structure.Third,the government should do a good job in guiding and monitoring,establish and improve institutional mechanisms,strengthen the introduction and training of talents,and increase investment in infrastructure.
