Research On The Path Of Rural Local Urbanization

Urbanization is an inevitable trend of human economic and social development,the only way to achieve modernization,and an important way to solve agricultural and rural issues.The proposal of a new urbanization strategy conforms to the changes in urban-rural relations and the transformation of social structure,and has become the overall focus of China’s economic development.The basic national conditions of China determine that some rural areas and farmers are bound to undergo local urbanization.Rural local urbanization is an important outlet for the new type of urbanization with Chinese characteristics,an inherent requirement of the nature of urbanization and rural transformation and development,a practical need to eliminate the potential dangers of traditional urbanization,and an important choice to achieve rural revitalization.Based on the background of rural revitalization and the perspective of new urbanization,this article focuses on in-depth research on local urbanization in rural areas.Based on the theory of urban-rural integration,urban-rural relationship,sustainable development,new urbanization,and dual economic structure,this paper analyzes the process of urbanization and the choice of urbanization path in China.Based on China’s national conditions,the significance of current rural in situ urbanization is analyzed.In situ urbanization is conducive to the overall development of urban and rural areas in China,narrowing the differences between urban and rural areas,and achieving social equity.Rural in situ urbanization is an important way to achieve new town urbanization.This article selects Dongjiahe Village,Yiling District,Yichang City,Hubei Province as the research object,focusing on in-depth research on its local urbanization path.This paper analyzes the main problems faced by the local urbanization of Dongjiahe Village,and studies and formulates practical solutions to the various problems it faces.Based on this,targeted consideration should be given to industrial development,territorial spatial layout,infrastructure construction,and the equalization of public services and security mechanisms,so as to build a scientific and effective industrial system,improve the level and quality of public service facilities,and help the construction of Dongjiahe Village achieve long-term development.The process of local urbanization in Dongjiahe Village is very representative.This article discusses the path of local urbanization in Dongjiahe Village,extracts common reference points for local urbanization in rural areas,and strives to put forward effective suggestions and measures for the construction of local urbanization in villages,while providing reference cases for the local urbanization in other rural areas.
