Study On The Interaction And Coordination Between Rural Tourism And Situ Urbanization Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The development of rural tourism and situ urbanization plays an important role in promoting the prosperity and rejuvenation of rural areas in China.Under the background of the "village revitalization" strategy,how to realize the effective connection between rural tourism and situ urbanization,and jointly promote the breakthrough development in rural areas is an important topic that needs to be discussed and resolved urgently.Based on the realistic needs of the development of rural areas in the new era,this paper takes the interactive relationship between rural tourism and situ urbanization as the research focus,and takes the urban-rural relationship theory,system theory,coordinated development theory etc as the theoretical basis.The purpose is to explore and analyze the four core issues of “interaction mechanism,current coordinate level,main driving factors and optimization path” based on the basic concepts of rural tourism and situ urbanization,and related research,to provide reference for exploring the prosperity and revitalization of rural areas in China.First of all,through the study and combing of the literature,from the theoretical analysis level,the interaction mechanism between rural tourism and situ urbanization is discussed and summarized.This paper believes that the relationship between them is mutual influence and promotion.Rural tourism promotes situ urbanization mainly by promoting employment,driving industry,improving supporting facilities,promoting environmental governance and protection.Situ urbanization promotes rural tourism development through the promotion of population,economic,social and ecological.Then,this paper lays the foundation for the quantitative analysis by establishing an indicator system and evaluation models.The rural tourism index selects 5 indicators,mainly considering the market,economy and reception.Fourteen indicators are selected for situ urbanization,mainly taking into account the four perspectives of population,economy,society and ecology and using entropy method to determine the weight of each index.From the different evaluation levels of "static-dynamic,present-future",this paper constructs a coupling coordination model,a dynamic coupling model and a grey prediction model.The coupling coordination model is used to measure thecurrent static level of development,interaction and coordination degree,the dynamic coupling model is used to reflect the dynamic evolution and development,and the grey prediction model is used to estimate the future coupling coordination trend.Then based on the selection principle of typicality,representativeness and operability,this paper selects Zhejiang Anji County to carry out empirical analysis.The result shows that the comprehensive development of rural tourism and situ urbanization in Anji County is on the rise from 2010 to 2017,and it is gradually changed from rural tourism lag to situ urbanization lag,and is now in a good state.The coupling range is [0.3833,0.4998],which is an antagonistic stage and is about to enter the running-in phase,indicating that the interaction between them is gradually emerging,but it is not obvious.The coupling coordination degree range is [0.1342,0.6203],which gradually shifts from serious disorder to primary coordination,but is still at a lower coordination level,the coordination level needs to be further improved.The dynamic coupling degree range is [1.39,74.41],which is located in the primary development stage,that is,the influence and contradiction between them are not significant.The development speed of rural tourism and situ urbanization is increasing,and the speed of rural tourism evolution is higher than situ urbanization.The grey forecast shows that in the next three years,if the current development trend is adopted,the quality coordination of rural tourism and situ urbanization will be achieved by 2020.In addition,through the gray correlation analysis,it reveals that the rural tourist trips and the number of farmhouses(homestays)is the main driving factor for the effect of rural tourism on situ urbanization,and the education expenditure,environmental protection expenditure,farmer per capita disposable income,GDP per capita,and household registration population urbanization rate is the main driving factor for the effect of situ urbanization on rural tourism,and the farmhouse rural tourism income,rural tourism income,farmer’s rural tourism trips,education expenditure,the number of farmhouses(homestays),environmental protection expenditure are the main driving factors of system ’s coupling coordination.Based on the conclusions of the above analysis,this paper points out that in the context of rural revitalization,some specific measures should be adopted,such as increasinggovernment support to stimulate villagers’ enthusiasm;improving rural facilities and improving service levels;strengthening industrial integration to help rural income generation;attaching importance to higher education and cultivating professionals;increasing protected expenditures to improve the urban and rural environment to promote the coordinated development of rural tourism and situ urbanization.
