Under the background of the development of regional integration of the new western land-sea corridor,logistics integration has become an important content of regional economic and industrial development.At the same time,one of the important goals of China’s regional development strategy is to optimize the regional spatial structure,thereby forming coordinated development between regions and promoting the transformation and upgrading of economic development.In order to achieve the coordinated development of various provinces and cities within the western land sea new corridor region,it is necessary to promote the optimization of the regional spatial structure by creating growth poles that support the development of the corridor logistics network and forming a regional multipolar growth pattern.The multi-polarized design and construction of the regional logistics network for the new land and sea corridor in the western region can not only enhance the driving role of leading cities in the development of surrounding regions,but also improve the operational efficiency and resource utilization of the entire logistics network.This is an important way to conform to the development trend of regional spatial structure and promote the transformation and upgrading of economic development.In order to study the current situation of the logistics network in the western land sea new channel region,this article first analyzes the situation of each province within the western land sea new channel region,as well as the logistics network infrastructure and passenger and freight flows within the land sea new channel region in detail.Then,combined with the improved diamond model,it summarizes the characteristics of the development of the western land sea new channel region,and evaluates its advantages and disadvantages in development.Then,by constructing an evaluation index for logistics growth,using the calculation results solved by the principal component analysis method,a hierarchical classification of 100 major cities within the new land sea corridor region was conducted,and the selected growth pole cities were analyzed for the radiation gravitational range using a gravitational model.A multi-polar logistics network for the new land sea corridor in the western region,including the Xi’an logistics circle,the Chengdu Chongqing Guiyang Kunming logistics circle,and the Nanning logistics circle,was constructed.Finally,by constructing a composite synergy model,we analyze and solve the logistics order degree,mutual logistics synergy degree,and coupling coordination scheduling of the seven growth pole cities.We also analyze the regional logistics synergy of the Western Land Sea New Passage from the perspective of time and space.The results show that the establishment of the Western Land Sea New Passage has improved the level of collaboration within the region to a certain extent,but the development level among the cities is still uneven.Finally,starting from the spatial connection of the multipolar logistics network of the new land sea corridor in the west,aiming at achieving the coordinated development of the new land sea corridor in the west,this paper proposes corresponding coordinated development measures and countermeasures,providing useful ideas and decisionmaking references for the coordinated development practice and policy formulation of the new land sea corridor in the west. |
