| T With the rapid development of online information,employee job satisfaction is increasingly valued by people.In the fierce competition in fields such as intelligent water meters and energy-saving water meters,maintaining and improving employee job satisfaction is particularly important for water meter enterprises.Innovative employees are the most critical personnel,and their job satisfaction directly affects the company’s operations and development.Therefore,studying the influencing factors of job satisfaction among innovative employees is of great practical significance.This thesis uses Maslow’s demand theory,fairness theory,expectancy theory and other theories related to job satisfaction to analyze the needs of the research object.Through the survey of the current job satisfaction status of innovative employees in the R&D center of H Company and interviews with employees,we obtain the job satisfaction status of innovative employees in the R&D center of H Company.The results indicate that the job satisfaction of current employees is low,and employee turnover is severe.The reason for this is that the mandatory management style of command leads to employees’ resistance,their needs are becoming increasingly diverse,their assessment methods are not scientific enough,there is a lack of reasonable incentive mechanisms,and employees are also confused about their career plans.This article divides 23 evaluation indicators related to six dimensions of satisfaction,conducts empirical research on the main factors that affect employee job satisfaction,identifies the main factors that affect employee job satisfaction,and proposes corresponding improvement measures.Among them,improving the management system of the enterprise,assisting employees in making career plans,and formulating and implementing effective salary and welfare policies are the three main aspects to improve employee job satisfaction.Through research,it was found that the overall satisfaction level of innovative employees is poor,and improvements need to be made from three aspects: enterprise management system,salary,and career development.Gender,educational level,employee length of service,and marriage status have little impact on the job satisfaction of innovative employees.Therefore,in response to the needs of innovative employees,strategies such as formulating lifelong career development plans and implementing superior salary and welfare systems have been proposed.This article has important reference value for improving employee job satisfaction,promoting the long-term development of the company,and ensuring the stability of the water meter industry.. |
