At present,the domestic economic development is facing a new normal,Internet companies have become an important driving force for the development of domestic transformation.Because B2C and OTO promote the business tourism industry has also become a raging like a storm can not be ignored,member of the high-tech industry.For business tourism enterprises,technology and market needs is a person,but as a high-tech enterprise,the performance evaluation and incentive system,team cooperation,corporate culture and other shortcomings,plus high-tech employees become younger in average age,have more opportunities,huge pressure and so on,resulting in the strong fluidity of employees and the high leaving of a large number of employees.This article from the employee satisfaction theory,integrating with the actual of human resource management of Shaanxi west of electronic commerce,and the existing problems are analyzed from the employee satisfaction questionnaire,job content,salary and welfare,interpersonal environment,promotion opportunities,work environment,corporate identity in six aspects of the design of employee satisfaction questionnaire,and the company’s staff a questionnaire survey.Questionnaires were distributed through the mail and 188 valid questionnaires were collected.Through the questionnaire data were analyzed with SPSS19.0,to explore the influencing factors of the incentive satisfaction of West electricity supplier company staff,and the correlation between job satisfaction and.The initial conclusions are as follows:by the investigation of the influencing factors of job satisfaction does not exist significant differences,including salaries and benefits,promotion satisfaction is low,at the same time,pay and benefits,promotion opportunities and working content and employee satisfaction are significantly correlated,that is to say the staff of salary and promotion opportunity to pay more attention to this.Many young Internet companies in the most common phenomenon.Finally,according to the degree of satisfaction analysis,this paper puts forward some relevant measures to enhance employee satisfaction from salary,training,promotion,the hardware environment in four aspects,and puts forward the importance of satisfaction assessment,draws in leadership and grassroots communication;guarantee the implementation of the"people-oriented" to create a working atmosphere.
