At present,China's economy is developing rapidly and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.The important role of employees in the process of enterprise development is more and more recognized and valued.As one of the most important resources of enterprises,employees are the driving force of enterprise development and the source of profits created by enterprises.The efficiency and quality of employees play a crucial role in the development of enterprises.The job satisfaction of employees is the psychological perception of employees on all aspects of enterprise management.It will directly affect the enthusiasm and creativity of their own work.The higher the employee's satisfaction,the higher the work passion will be.Therefore,The manager of the enterprise must pay attention to the state of the employee's job satisfaction,and continuously improve the employee's satisfaction,so as to better stimulate the employee's work enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,and thus promote the continuous development of the enterprise.This paper takes X company as the object of investigation,adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,field interview method,statistical analysis method,etc.,and conducts a comprehensive survey and analysis of X company employees 'job satisfaction,and conducts an in-depth understanding of the current employee satisfaction situation of the company.Through a survey of Company X's current pay system,promotion system,training system,work environment and enterprise culture construction,and an in-depth analysis of the specific factors affecting the employee satisfaction of the company,Finally,according to the results of the survey,the scientific and reasonable measures to improve the job satisfaction of X company employees were put forward,which laid the foundation for X company's human resources management.There are three main parts in this paper.The first part uses the literature research method to analyze the current research situation at home and abroad,and collates the research framework of this article.The second part mainly uses questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method to survey the job satisfaction of X company employees.Through questionnaire survey,it analyzes the satisfaction of X company employees in multiple dimensions and finds out the reasons.In the third part,according to the survey results,according to the current situation of X company satisfaction,the measures to improve X company employee satisfaction are put forward.
