Evaluation Of The High Quality Development Level Of Agricultural Economy In Fujian Province And Analysis Of Influencing Factors

Since the beginning of the new century,the world economic situation has become increasingly complex,and China’ s economic development has faced more difficult challenges.In order to achieve the convergence and transformation of the driving forces of economic growth and build a long-term economic development mechanism,the Party and the country first put forward a new concept of high-quality development during the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2 0 1 7.As one of the traditional agricultural powers in the world,agricultural economy has long been one of the basic components of the national economic structure,and its strategic position cannot be shaken.Undoubtedly,the continuous promotion of high-quality development of agricultural economy in the context of rural revitalization is not only one of the issues of agricultural and rural modernization,but also the only way to reform the agricultural supply side structure.For Fujian Province,the natural resource endowment characteristics of " eight mountains,one water,one farmland " mean the new urgency and importance of high-quality development of agricultural economy,It is obviously of profound theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the high quality development level of agricultural economy and analyze the influencing factors.Taking Fujian Province as the research area,based on Schultz’ s traditional agricultural transformation theory,sustainable development theory and ecological agriculture theory and combining the five core connotations of high-quality development concept,this study designed a set of high-quality development evaluation system for Fujian’ s agricultural economy covering 23 indicators from five dimensions of agricultural industry foundation,agricultural science and technology application,agricultural ecological protection,agricultural open competition,and urban and rural common prosperity.Secondly,combined with relevant statistical data,it analyzed the change trend of high-quality development of Fujian’s agricultural economy from 2010 to 2021 from the perspective of time,and deeply analyzed the dilemma of agricultural development.Furthermore,it evaluated the high-quality development level of Fujian’ s agricultural economy in the past 1 2years using factor analysis method,calculated the scores of sub factors and public factors,and on this basis,it deeply analyzed the score characteristics and summarized the causes.Finally,taking the comprehensive score of high-quality development of agricultural economy from 2010 to 2021 as the explanatory variable,the multiple linear regression equations were constructed to empirically test the impact of economic growth volume,scientific and technological innovation capacity,human resource input and financial support for agriculture on high-quality development of agricultural economyBased on the sorting out of the high-quality development status quo of Fujian’ s agricultural economy,the evaluation of the development level and the analysis of the influencing factors,this study further strengthened the grain production capacity to ensure the stable supply of agricultural products;Promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas and optimize the consumption structure of rural residents;Increase investment in scientific research and accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading;The optimization path selection of high-quality development of Fujian’ s agricultural economy is proposed in terms of coordinating the progress of the overall system and promoting the steady rise of comprehensive benefits.The research conclusions have certain reference significance for Fujian Province to improve the efficiency of high-quality development of agricultural economy and promote the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy.
