Measurement Of Agricultural High Quality Development Level In Guizhou And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

The report of the 19th National Congress clearly pointed out that China’s economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development.Agricultural highquality development is the proper meaning of economic high-quality development.After decades of development,Guizhou has made great progress in agricultural development.According to the data of the National Bureau of statistics,Guizhou’s grain output was 6.435 million tons in 1978 and 10.576 million tons in 2020.Compared with1978,Guizhou’s grain output has increased significantly,but Guizhou still faces some problems in promoting high-quality agricultural development.Based on the current situation of Guizhou’s agricultural development,combined with the new development concept,the transformation of traditional agricultural theory and sustainable development theory,and drawing on the relevant research results of academic circles,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of Guizhou’s agricultural high-quality development from the four dimensions of agricultural production efficiency,agricultural product quality,agricultural green development and agricultural development utility,and uses the entropy method to measure and analyze the level of Guizhou’s agricultural high-quality development from 2010 to 2020,And on this basis,the level of high-quality agricultural development in Guizhou is compared with the other 11 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in the West.Finally,the obstacle diagnosis model is used to analyze the specific factors affecting the high-quality agricultural development in Guizhou.Through the research on the high-quality development of agriculture in Guizhou,the following conclusions are drawn: first,the high-quality development level of agriculture in Guizhou is improving year by year;Second,the high-quality agricultural development level of Guizhou ranks fourth among the twelve provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in the West;Third,the primary indicators affecting the highquality development of agriculture in Guizhou are mainly agricultural production efficiency,agricultural development utility and agricultural product quality,while the secondary indicators in the top six are the low degree of agricultural scale,the agricultural labor productivity needs to be improved,the total output value of agriculture needs to be further improved,the total power of agricultural machinery is relatively low,the disposable income of rural residents needs to be further improved The large income gap between urban and rural residents and the small number of green food registrations in that year can effectively explain that agricultural production efficiency,agricultural product quality and agricultural development utility have a great impact on agricultural high-quality development.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: first,in the process of promoting high-quality agricultural development,Guizhou should actively improve agricultural production efficiency,pay attention to agricultural technology innovation,increase investment in agricultural technology research and development,and pay attention to the introduction of agricultural talents;Second,in the process of high-quality agricultural development,Guizhou should enhance the effectiveness of agricultural development,improve the agricultural production structure,develop characteristic agriculture,actively introduce foreign capital,promote largescale agricultural production,make rural residents fully enjoy the fruits of high-quality agricultural development,and improve the living standards of rural residents through agricultural development.Third,in the process of high-quality agricultural development,Guizhou should improve the quality of agricultural products,establish green agricultural production bases,adopt green pollution-free planting and breeding,and establish a perfect quality supervision and testing system of agricultural products,so as to better promote the high-quality agricultural development in Guizhou.
