Study On The Impact Of Digital Economy On The Synergy Between Cross-Border E-Commerce And Logistics

As a new form of trade in which Internet technology is deeply applied in the field of international trade,cross-border e-commerce has become an important means to stabilize foreign trade and promote consumption by virtue of online trading,non-contact delivery,short trading chain and other advantages.The booming cross-border e-commerce continues to guide the formation and transformation of the traditional economy and trade system,and affects the development of the supporting global consumption system,production system,payment system and logistics system.Cross-border logistics is the most critical factor affecting the timeliness and stability of cross-border e-commerce services.Whether the development of cross-border logistics can adapt to and support the rapid rise of cross-border e-commerce is related to the effectiveness of China’s expansion of high-level opening-up and the formation of new advantages in international competition.At the same time,the arrival of the digital economy era clearly brings new opportunities for the development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.Under the current policy background of the country vigorously promoting the development of the digital economy and the coordinated development of e-commerce and logistics,it has important theoretical and practical significance to study whether the digital economy can promote the coordinated development of the two.In order to study the impact of China’s digital economy development on cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics synergy.Firstly,it theoretically analyzes the impact of the digital economy on the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.Secondly,based on the panel data of China’s provinces from 2011 to 2020,on the basis of reconstructing the indicator system of the digital economy and measuring the synergy of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,it tests the impact of the development of the digital economy on the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics and its internal mechanism in a multi-dimensional way It is still valid after a series of robustness tests such as changing the research year and eliminating outliers;It also uses the non-linear effect model to explore the possible threshold effect of the impact of the digital economy.Finally,it explores the effect of the core conclusions of the article under different external environments through the heterogeneity test of the investment intensity of science and technology by region,and the consumption capacity by region.Based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical test results,summarize and refine the research conclusions,and put forward corresponding policy recommendations,which provide some reference for accelerating the development of China’s digital economy and promoting the coordinated development of the two.Research shows that the digital economy can promote the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.The development of digital economy can promote the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics by improving innovation capabilities;Because the digital economy may have the characteristics of increasing marginal revenue and decreasing marginal cost,the impact of the digital economy on the synergy of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics also has a nonlinear effect,that is,when the development level of the digital economy reaches 0.204,its promotion role on the collaborative development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics is significantly improved.The higher the intensity of financial investment in science and technology,the stronger the role of digital economy in promoting cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics synergy;The stronger the regional consumption capacity,the more obvious the role of digital economy in promoting cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics synergy.On this basis,this paper proposes to optimize the regional layout,build a cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics cooperation platform,strengthen the innovation drive,optimize the regulatory and policy environment for coordinated development,optimize the external environment,strengthen support and supervision,and help realize the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics with the digital economy.
