Research On The Impact Of Embedded Innovation Network On Enterprise Innovation Capabilit

The continuous development of economic globalization and the continuous promotion of world economic integration have forced enterprises to face more intense market competition.However,it is difficult for enterprises to gain a competitive position based solely on their accumulated resources.Therefore,enterprises should focus their strategic vision on the innovation network with their partners,integrate the innovation network resources between enterprises,and obtain technical and material support from other organizations in the network,in order to carry out sustained innovation activities.The digitalization level of the enterprise itself can promote the improvement of its production capacity and enhance the accumulation of intellectual capital,thereby enabling the enterprise to enhance its innovation ability through digital hardware and software.At the same time,organizational flexibility can enable enterprises to more keenly identify external opportunities and respond more quickly to these opportunities,while avoiding the adverse effects of the external environment on the innovation activities of enterprises as much as possible,and seeking higher levels of innovation performance for enterprises.Starting from the current era of rapid development of the digital economy,this article conducts research on the position and centrality of enterprises in the innovation network,as well as their own innovation capabilities.This article divides embedded innovation networks into structural embeddings and relational embeddings based on the academic community,with innovation capability as the independent and dependent variables;The Digital transformation and organizational flexibility are represented by two sub dimensions(digital technology level and digital application scope)and(cultural flexibility,resource flexibility and capability flexibility)respectively,and their moderating and mediating roles in the "embedded innovation network innovation capability" are explored.In addition,this study also used different methods and new items to replace the innovation ability,and conducted a robustness test.This study conducted hypothesis testing on SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 by distributing questionnaires to middle and senior managers of enterprises and collecting valid data.It was found that both structural embedding and relational embedding can positively affect the innovation ability of enterprises;Digital transformation has positively adjusted the process of structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness affecting enterprise innovation capability;Organizational flexibility plays a mediating role in the relationship between structural embeddings and relational embeddings,as well as the innovation capability of enterprises;In addition,the innovation ability of enterprises also shows significant differences in different corporate incomes,industries,and ownership systems.According to the research conclusions of this study,it is enlightening that enterprises can only be more deeply embedded in their relationship networks,embrace Digital transformation with a more positive attitude and strengthen the construction of organizational flexibility to promote the improvement of enterprises’ innovation ability,and provide valuable suggestions and guidance for strengthening enterprises’ innovation ability and consolidating enterprises’ sustainable competitiveness.
