With the rapid development of economic globalization and the increasing influence of the knowledge economy,knowledge and technology innovation are playing an increasingly important role in the economic development process.Competition between countries is increasingly manifested in competition for innovation capabilities.According to the experience of innovation of developed countries,breaking the barriers to cooperation,promoting cross-regional cooperation among various types of innovation entities,and forming an innovation network,thereby realizing the free flow and optimal allocation of innovative resources,is an important way to enhance a country's ability for independent innovation.Under this background,we should learn the development status of China's knowledge innovation network in high-tech fields,and clarify the innovation network's mechanism for the innovation capability of high-tech industries,find a scientifically feasible path for enhancing innovation capabilities,and formulate and implement relevant policies and measures to improve The ability of innovation in high-tech industries is crucial.In view of this,this article uses the data from the 2001-2015 cooperation and research papers in the high-tech fields of the Sino-foreign patent database in the Web of Science(SCI)database and the Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform as the data sources,using sociology,statistics and The scientific theories and methods related to geography analyze the structure and evolution characteristics of the basic knowledge innovation network and the applied knowledge innovation network in high-tech fields in China from different spatial scales(international,national,regional).On this basis,through the construction of a structural equation model and the introduction of innovation network structure indicators,to find the path of national basic knowledge innovation network structure,national application knowledge innovation network structure,international connections,innovation environment,innovation input and other factors improve the innovative capabilities of the innovation network.The main conclusion are as follows:(1)There are differences in the output of applied knowledge and basic knowledge innovation in China.The total output of patents is higher than the output of thesis.In terms of cooperation,the cooperation rate of thesis knowledge is significantly higher than patent knowledge.For the type of cooperation,the main subject of output of cooperative papers is universities and research institutions.The type of cooperation is mainly University-University,University-Research Institutes;the main subject of cooperative patent output is enterprises,and the type of cooperation is Enterprise-Enterprises,Enterprises-Research Institutes.There are also differences in the production of cooperation papers and co-authorship patents at the regional,domestic,and international levels.(2)The network structure of China's applied knowledge and basic knowledge innovation has convergence,and the scale and strength of basic knowledge innovation network and applied knowledge innovation network are gradually increasing from 2001 to 2014.The network structure evolves from simple to complex.At the regional level,there are regional differences between the two types of knowledge networks;at the domestic level,the spatial structure of the two major knowledge innovation networks is highly similar,and the network structure is increasingly "balanced".At the international level,in the two types of networks,the provinces that participate in international cooperation and cooperation are mainly concentrated in the eastern provinces,while the international cooperation partners mainly focus on developed countries such as Europe and the United States.(3)There are spatio-temporal differences in the network structure of application knowledge and basic knowledge innovation.At the regional,domestic,and international levels,the number of nodes?the strength of linkage?the scale of networks?and the complexity of networks in the basic knowledge innovation network are far stronger than the application-based knowledge networks;the basic knowledge network structure is more stable and the partners of the innovation subject are affected.Space restrictions are low.At the regional level,the differences among the three regions of the East,Central and West are increasingly widening,and they are even more pronounced in the application of knowledge innovation networks.At the domestic level,the development of applied knowledge innovation networks started relatively late,the network structure was relatively simple,the links between provinces were more difficult,and the degree of network concentration was lower than that of basic knowledge innovation networks;at the international level,basic knowledge innovation networks and applied knowledge innovation networks were between The gap is very large,the basic knowledge network is more mature,and the application knowledge network is in the initial stage of network development.(4)The innovation environment and the structure of national basic knowledge innovation network are the main factors affecting the innovation capability of the innovation network.Structure of national basic knowledge innovation network,structure of national application knowledge innovation network,international connections,innovation environment,and innovation input have positively affected the innovative capacity of the innovation network,through direct or indirect means.The degree of impact is highly variable.Among them,the innovation environment and the structure of national basic knowledge innovation network structure contribute more to the improvement of innovation capabilities.
