Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Government Supervision In Rural Food Safet

Food is the top priority for the people,and food safety issues have always been of great concern to the people.Moreover,the demand standards for food safety are not consistent in each period.Entering a new era,with the comprehensive implementation of the township revitalization strategy and the consolidation of poverty alleviation efforts across the country,the governance of food safety issues has been elevated to an unprecedented level.This article is based on the two hot topics of rural areas and food safety.Through methods such as structured interviews,field research,case analysis,and literature research,it provides sufficient support for my research and proposal of symmetry.By conducting research on the difficulties in rural food safety supervision in X County,Guiyang City,we aim to understand the evolution of China’s rural food safety supervision system,conduct in-depth analysis of the current difficulties in rural food safety supervision,identify the reasons for the prominent and difficult governance of rural food problems.For example,the lack of targeted application of rural food safety policies and regulations,there are shortcomings and deficiencies in the "software and hardware" conditions of rural food safety supervision objects,the unclear effectiveness of government supervision methods for rural food safety,and the insufficient capacity of government supervision entities for rural food safety.Based on theories such as limited government theory,information asymmetry theory,and social co governance,optimization and improvement strategies and suggestions have been proposed to optimize the applicability of food safety policies and regulations in rural areas,standardize the production and operation behavior of rural food safety supervision objects,innovate rural market supervision methods using big data methods,and construct a diversified co governance pattern guided by the government.Through research and analysis,will be conducive to grass-roots government to carry out the rural food safety supervision work,is helpful to boost successfully created the national food safety demonstration city of guiyang,is conducive to promoting the modernization of rural food safety regulatory system and governance,promote the development of rural revitalization,strengthen the rural people’s sense of security,access,and happiness.
