With the continuing development of social economy, flexible employment comesinto being as a new mode of employment in accordance with requirement and feature ofthe age. Different from traditional rigid employment, flexible employment, which is themode of employment and work in the future, provides another choice of development forenterprises and individuals, as well as the whole economy.Absorbing and referring to the recent domestic and abroad achievements of flexibleemployment in theoretical research and practice activity, the thesis has clarified theconnotation, features and types of flexible employment, analyzed profound effect to theeconomy and life, and proposed suggestions to establish the system of policies and othersupportive measures, on the base of penetrating into the internal meaning of flexibleemployment.The thesis consists of four chapters as follows.The first chapter has explained the purpose and significance of the thesis, theresearch trends home and abroad, the main solved problems and the research frame of thethesis.The second chapter has clarified the essential connotation of flexible employmentcontrasted with the rigid one, rectified misunderstanding to flexible employment in thecircles of theory and society, classified different types of flexible employment accordingto their features.The third chapter concerns both positive and negative functions of flexibleemployment, which has mainly analyzed the positive effect in intensively utilizing laborresource, enhancing the working productivity, and promoting life quality of workers, aswell as the potential problems aroused by flexible employment and relevant solvingproposals.The forth chapter has systematically analyzed the problems and blocks in the courseof promoting flexible employment and put forward suggestions in policies and measures,aiming at establishing a complete set of functioning system for flexible employment.
