Increasing farmers’ income is the key to achieving common prosperity and solving the "urban-rural income gap" problem. This is not only related to the social and economic stability of our country, but also related to the construction and development of agricultural and rural modernization in our country. The No.1 central document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in 2023 emphasized the need to continue to promote the increase of farmers’ income and the development of new agricultural business entities. As a new type of agricultural business entity, farmers’ professional cooperatives can not only reduce farmers’ production costs, enhance their bargaining position, create more employment opportunities, and exert scale effects, but also stimulate more social forces to participate in it,drive local economic development, and make farmers’ professional cooperatives a powerful way to increase farmers’ income.Ficus carica,as an important characteristic forest and fruit industry in the Atushi region,is gradually on the right track with the strong support of local government departments.New agricultural management organizations such as fig farmers’ professional cooperatives have also made significant progress, playing a certain role in promoting local economic development and increasing farmers’ income. However, due to the high concentration of ethnic minorities in the Atushi region, the low level of economic development, the slow upgrading of the industrial structure, and the large income gap between urban and rural areas, the development of fig farmers’ professional cooperatives is accompanied by various issues such as small business scale, immature management, talent shortage, single business type, financing difficulties, inadequate regulatory mechanisms, low enthusiasm for farmers to join the community, and internal governance chaos,The emergence of these problems has seriously affected the development of cooperatives, making the role of farmers’ cooperatives in promoting agricultural income greatly reduced. One of the important ways to achieve the common prosperity of farmers in agriculture and solve the problem of "urban-rural income gap" is to ensure that farmers’ income continues to increase. As a characteristic industry of Atushi, the fig industry takes Atushi fig cooperatives as the research object to deeply analyze the current situation and difficulties of the development of fig cooperatives in Atushi region under the background of common prosperity,To clarify the effects and influencing factors of the professional fig farmer cooperatives in Atushi on promoting agricultural income, and to explore the healthy development and promoting agricultural income of ethnic minority characteristic industrial cooperatives in the context of common prosperity,is of great significance for promoting local farmers’ income, narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas, developing fig farmer cooperatives, and promoting farmers’ common prosperity in rural areas. The research content of this article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, which provides a detailed introduction to the research relevant literature to lay a foundation for the research.Chapter 2 is a conceptual definition and theoretical analysis. This section explains what a farmer specialized cooperative is,and explains related theories such as cooperative organization theory, transaction cost theory, and economies of scale.Farmers specialized cooperatives naturally have a "poverty beneficial nature",which can reduce production costs, improve the level of division of labor, transform transaction channels, and revitalize farmers’ resources Stimulating social participation and creating employment opportunities can directly or indirectly promote farmers’ income. On the theoretical level, exploring the feasibility of farmers’ professional cooperatives to promote agricultural income. The third chapter is about the cooperation.Using the method of quantile regression, this paper tested the effect of cooperation on promoting agricultural income of different income groups of farmers, and used the propensity matching score model to measure the effect of Atushi fig farmers’ professional cooperatives on promoting agricultural income. The fifth chapter selects two cooperatives,Azihan Fig Planting Farmers’ Professional Cooperative and Atushi Rongya Fig Planting Farmers’ Professional Cooperative, for case analysis to further explore the actual effects of Atushi Fig Cooperative in promoting agricultural income.Chapter
