Agriculture is related to social stability and regional economic development, which is the focus of attention of all countries and regions. In recent years, the CPC Central Committee has gradually increased its attention to the issues of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers".Every year, the first document focuses on the issues of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers",and guides rural development from the policy perspective to coordinate agricultural revitalization. The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward that rural revitalization should be promoted in an all-round way and that priority should be given to agricultural and rural development. As the core and focal point of the issue of "three rural areas",farmers’ income increase has been widely concerned by the society. With the accelerated development of science and technology, agriculture has also achieved accelerated development in the 21 st century. The rural living environment is gradually improved, farmers’ income channels are gradually diversified, and their income is gradually increased. However, along with this, there are problems such as urban-rural gap. Therefore,on the road of promoting common prosperity,Zhejiang Province gradually implements agricultural policies, pays attention to rural development, and realizes farmers’ income increase, which plays an important role in accelerating local economic development and social harmony and stability, and has practical significance. In recent years,Zhejiang Province,as a big economic province, has continuously broken the historical record of its farmers’ income level, which ranks the third among all provinces and autonomous regions in China, only second to Shanghai and Beijing. However, due to the influence of various factors, the growth of farmers’ income in Zhejiang Province also faces more challenges and problems, which are mainly manifested in the high base, slow growth trend and further optimization of income structure.Farmers’ income is the key to solve the problem of "three rural".In-depth research on it can help farmers increase their income and improve the gap between urban and rural areas, which has practical and theoretical significance.Based on the current situation of farmers’ income in Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the factors affecting farmers’ income by combining the current structure of farmers’ income,so as to put forward targeted suggestions to help farmers increase their income. This paper draws the following conclusions through theoretical research and current political research:First, according to data, the income of farmers in Zhejiang Province is ahead of the national average, but the growth rate has slowed down, and the problem of income structure is prominent.Although the integration of farmers’ income structure gradually presents a trend of diversification, and the proportion of transfer payment contributions gradually increases, the overall structure proportion still needs to be improved. The gap between regions in Zhejiang Province is relatively obvious, and there is a trend of widening the gap. There is also a problem of uneven development between urban and rural areas, with a large income gap.The grouping situation among farmers also shows a large gap between the high income group and the low income group.Secondly, through empirical research,it is found that the per capita income of farmers in Zhejiang Province is affected by many different factors, which can be generally summarized into two categories: one is agricultural manpower and institutional factors,in which the number of years of education, mechanization level, urbanization level of farmers and farmers’ income increase have a positive relationship. The other category is agricultural production and financial investment factors,in which infrastructure construction, agricultural means of production prices, fiscal and agricultural expenditures, industrialization level and farmers’ income are positively correlated.Thirdly, through empirical analysis of the relationship between the two main public impact factors and the growth of farmers’ per capita income,it is found that,in a longer cycle, agricultural manpower and institutional factors, among others, have a positive impact on farmers’ income, and the short-term impact factors can reach a long-term equilibrium. The positive impact of farmers’ income on agricultural manpower and institutional factors,as well as agricultural production and financial investment factors, presents a positive effect. After a certain period of time lag,Only then did farmers’ income improve.Fourth, based on the current situation of farmers’ income in Zhejiang Province and empirical analysis of data, this article proposes policy suggestions that can be taken from such aspects as paying attention to factor input, improving education, paying attention to government support, and establishing a stable labor transfer mechanism to improve farmers’ income, ensure farmers’ rights and interests, promote rural revitalization, and implement common prosperity. In this paper,Zhejiang province as a case study,a systematic study of Zhejiang province,“Three rural” in the development process of the problems, and understand the impact of factors,in the light of the present situation of development and the research results, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the increase of farmers’ income, which has a strong practical significance for the pilot project of Zhejiang province to increase farmers’ income, and also has a theoretical value for improving the quality and efficiency of agriculture,it is of certain reference value to provide more visual angle for rural sustainable development,to solve the problems of“Agriculture, rural areas and farmers”,to promote common prosperity,to increase farmers’ income and to help increase farmers’ income. |
