With the increasingly fierce market competition and the proposal of double carbon goal,energy enterprises are facing arduous tasks of transformation and upgrading.Among them,state-owned enterprises urgently need to establish new business strategic planning,supplemented by corresponding human resource management mechanism to deal with market opportunities and challenges.For the newly established Yuneng group,under the previous scattered and lack of systematic training,how to establish an appropriate training system is the key to selecting talents,cultivating talents,practical talents and retaining talents.Firstly,through the literature research method,this paper studies the relevant research results such as the construction of training system.On this basis,through the methods of interview and questionnaire,this paper deeply understands and analyzes the current situation of employee training of Yuneng group,and finds that there are many places that can be improved in the employee training system of Yuneng group.The main problems are:the training system is not perfect The formulation of training plan is unscientific,the training plan is not systematic,the training form is single,the contradiction between work and study is prominent,and there is no training effect evaluation.On the premise of fully considering the enterprise talent concept and business objectives,put forward optimization measures for the existing training operation system according to the training organization system,training process system,training guarantee system and training course system,including paying attention to training work,improving training management system,strengthening training demand analysis,formulating reasonable training plan and course system Standardize teacher management,improve training effect evaluation mechanism and innovate training methods.By optimizing the training system,Yuneng group can effectively improve the follow-up skill training of employees,improve employees’ professional skills,improve the training effect,promote the overall strength of human resources of Yuneng group,and integrate employee training with production and operation objectives.This paper hopes to put forward a practical implementation scheme for the employee training system of Yuneng group,and also provide some reference suggestions for enterprises in the same industry in employee training.
