| In recent years,the new urbanization strategy of Jiangsu province has been steadily promoted in the whole province and achieved good development.However,the speed-oriented traditional urbanization has brought many problems to Jiangsu Province,such as unbalanced investment structure and slow development of urban-rural integration,which has seriously restricted the development of the new urbanization.At present,the digital economy has become an important field of economic development,and the development of the digital economy will have an important impact on the economic structure,social security and other aspects.At present,whether we can seize the opportunities brought by the digital economy and empower the new urbanization is a key issue to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in the new era.Therefore,this paper takes Jiangsu Province as the research object to study the spatial effect and action mechanism of digital economy on the new urbanization from two theoretical and empirical aspects.This paper is first based on the literature combing,Explain the relevant conceptual meaning and theoretical basis of digital economy and new urbanization from multiple perspectives,To analyze the mechanism of action,The entropy right TOPSIS method is used to establish the evaluation index system of digital economy and new urbanization respectively and obtain the comprehensive score;next,Analyzing the changing trend of the composite index in different regions and in different dimensions during the study period,And to conduct the spatial and temporal evolution analysis of the two;Then,a further spatial correlation analysis of the two,Using the global Moran index and the local bivariate Moran index to determine whether the spatial correlation characteristics in the region are significant,With the help of Moran scatter plot and LISA cluster map,To deeply explore the mechanism and evolution agents of spatial differences;last,The spatial measurement models were gradually screened by LM test,LR test,Wald test and Houseman test,Finally,the two-way fixed effect model with the highest fit was selected to analyze the spatial effects of digital economy and other control variables as well as the elements of digital economy on the new urbanization.According to the empirical research results,the targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The research shows that:(1)Jiangsu digital economy and new urbanization index show an upward trend,and the spatial pattern shows the state of southern Jiangsu,central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu.(2)From the perspective of the whole region of Jiangsu Province,the digital economy and the new urbanization level in Jiangsu Province have obvious field radiation effect and significant spatial autocorrelation in space;the new urbanization level has high spatial correlation than the digital economy level in the research period.(3)The spatial effects of the factors affecting the new urbanization are different,The spatial effect of digital economy on the new urbanization level has played a significant positive impact;Digital foundation and digital application in the elements of digital economy are positive and significant,Digital industry and digital innovation are negative and significant;Conclusion of the comprehensive study,"To increase the construction of digital infrastructure,Promote the development of digital economy "," vigorously promote digital industrialization and industrial digitalization,Promote the upgrading of the digital industrial structure" and " continue to promote regional integrated development,To bridge the digital development gap " and " formulate dynamic and differentiated digital economy development strategy " and effectively improve the quality of new urbanization in Jiangsu Province.Figure [13] Table [17] Reference [86]... |
