| Human resource outsourcing is a kind of human resource management mode in which an enterprise entrusts all or part of the work in human resource affairs to a professional human resource service organization,it is very important to improve the efficiency of human resource management.A enterprise began to outsource part of its human resources business in 2018,which solved the problems of high cost and low efficiency in human resources management.However,in practice,enterprise a finds that adopting this model faces the risks of enterprise confidential information leakage,inadequate supervision and employees’ low sense of identity.Therefore,it is very necessary to identify and evaluate the risks of human resource outsourcing in Enterprise A and put forward some preventive measures.In this paper,based on the review of relevant research at home and abroad,human resource outsourcing theory,risk identification theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are comprehensively used,this paper studies the risk evaluation and prevention strategy of Human Resource Outsourcing in Enterprise A,the main research work and results are as follows:(1)The risk evaluation index system of Human Resource Outsourcing of Enterprise A is established.On the basis of literature analysis and relevant theories,the risk factors of human resource outsourcing in Enterprise A are identified.On the basis of the Delphi method,a system of 10 secondary indexes including 3 primary indexes,such as external environment risk,outsourcer risk and internal enterprise risk,and policy risk,has been established.The index weight is determined by AHP.(2)The risk evaluation model of human resource outsourcing in Enterprise A is constructed.According to the risk rating index system of human resource outsourcing of Enterprise A,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of human resource outsourcing risk of Enterprise A is established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.After getting the single factor evaluation result of 20 experts,this paper makes a multi-level comprehensive evaluation on the risk of human resource outsourcing in A enterprise.(3)Put forward the prevention strategy of human resource outsourcing risk of Enterprise A.At the beginning of the human resource outsourcing risk evaluation of Enterprise A,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from three aspects:the external environment risk,the outsourcer risk and the enterprise internal risk.The index system and evaluation model established in this paper can reflect the degree of human resource outsourcing risk of a enterprise,and it has practical significance for a enterprise to reduce the risk of human resource outsourcing. |
