With the rapid development of economy and the increasingly intensive competition in the market, in order to overcome the limitations of its own resources and ability, gain more competitive advantages, more and more enterprises in our country change and innovate organization management mode and implement human resource management outsourcing. However, human resource management outsourcing is a double-edged sword, it makes the enterprise to reduce costs, improve efficiency and increase competitiveness, at the same time, also let enterprise faces a series of risk, such as enterprise information leakage risk, staff turnover risk and cultural conflicts risk, etc. Once these risks happen, not only the expected targets of outsourcing will not be achieved, but also can bring huge losses to the enterprise. But most of the enterprises put not enough emphasis on human resource management outsourcing risk, seldom can analyze、predict and assess systematically the risk in the process of human resource management outsourcing. Therefore, the enterprise should strengthen the importance of identifying and preventing of human resource management outsourcing risk.On the basis of referring the domestic and foreign theoretical research about human resource management outsourcing and its risks, this article taken the method of combining theoretical analysis and case analysis, selected the subsidiary Y as an example, and analyzed the motivation of the implementation of human resource management outsourcing according to the company’s specific situation. The article analyze the human resources management outsourcing risks of subsidiary Y based on the human resource management outsourcing process, and then used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate subsidiary Y’s human resource management outsourcing risks, At last, put forward the corresponding risk prevention strategies of subsidiary Y’s human resource management outsourcing according to the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
