| Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has issued a series of policies and made a series of important instructions on doing a good job in agricultural and rural work,especially the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,laying a solid foundation for firmly following the path of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics,which is of great significance to the development of rural revitalization in China."If the nation wants to revive,the countryside must be revitalized".The primary task of rural revitalization is to develop industrial revitalization.In recent years,various regions have innovated ideas and carried out rural industrial integration in order to realize rural revitalization.The No.1 document issued by the central government has repeatedly emphasized the need to "vigorously develop farmer cooperatives and promote the integration of rural industries".In 2023,the No.1 central document pointed out: "Cultivate new rural industries and new forms of business,implement rural leisure tourism quality projects,and thoroughly implement the" digital business to promote agriculture "and" Internet + "agricultural products from the village to the city project" to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Farmer cooperatives,as the main body of new agricultural operations,have dual attributes.The economic attributes of joint economic development of all members meet the requirements of scale operation.Meanwhile,cooperatives are not only economic organizations but also associations.And farmers cooperatives in large,widely distributed in China,is under the condition of market economy to develop modern agriculture,promote rural industrial convergence realize effective organization form of rural revitalization.This study based on six industry theory,control theory,organizational support theory,the fusion of farmer cooperatives to promote the rural industry,the present situation,type,operation mechanism,and combined with the suzhou qixin village food production cooperatives,agricultural cooperatives,labor unions,north Lian Village grain cooperatives,agricultural machinery service cooperatives,spot investigation,the land joint-stock cooperative This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of farmer cooperatives promoting rural industrial integration and puts forward countermeasures.The study found:The strong support of the central and local governments,the transformation of consumer demand under the market economy,and the drive of the development interests of cooperatives themselves promote farmers’ cooperatives to participate in rural industrial integration.The types of farmer cooperatives promoting rural industrial integration are divided into four categories: agricultural internal integration type,industrial chain extension type,function expansion type and new technology penetration type,so as to provide development for farmer cooperatives in different regions to develop industrial integration.In the process of investigation,it is found that farmer cooperatives have formed organizational control mechanism and organizational support mechanism to ensure that the goal of industrial integration and the benefits of rural industrial integration can be realized,and the linkage mechanism of farmer cooperatives to promote rural industrial integration is clarified.At the same time,the survey found that farmers’ cooperatives in the process of promoting the integration of rural industries also exist:This paper analyzes the causes of the problems such as low level of industrial integration,homogeneity of content,single financing channel and lack of professional talents,and puts forward countermeasures such as promoting the deep integration of rural industries,implementing differentiated integration strategy,developing diversified financing channels and attracting talents to start businesses,so as to realize the high-quality development of rural industrial integration promoted by farmer cooperatives. |
