Z Rural Commercial Bank was established at the end of 2018 by the merger of two urban legal persons,rural credit cooperatives.Since its establishment,the bank has made many explorations in the construction of corporate culture,but the effect has not met expectations.After reviewing literature and other materials,it is concluded that the construction of corporate culture needs to be agreed upon by employees,and supported and recognized by employees at the psychological leveil Psychological contract is the cornerstone of corporate culture construction,and employee individual values are the common source of corporate culture construction and psychological contract.Based on the above background,this study analyzes the corporate culture construction of Z Rural Commercial Bank from the perspective of psychological contract.The research results show that:There are a series of problems in the construction of corporate culture,such as the spiritual culture has not deeply affected the mind of employees,the deviation of the implementation of culture at the system level,the insufficient effectiveness of the cultural transmission at the behavior level,and the insuficient strength of the cultural brand construction at the material level.The analysis results show that the main reasons for the problems in the construction of corporate culture are the lack of support from the psychological level of employees,the neglect of the consolidation of corporate responsibility in the psychological contract and the neglect of the management of the process of the psychological contract.In view of the reason analysis,this thesis believes that the construction of the bank’s corporate culture can be from the employee psychological contract.First,it is necessary to bring into play the leading role of ideological and political work,create both internal and external integrity atmosphere,integrate the employee psychological contract into the goal of corporate culture construction;Second,it is time to focus on the transaction dimension,relationship dimension and development dimension of psychological contract to strengthen the performance of corporate responsibility in psychological contract;Third,it is urgent to attach importance to the transmission of real information in the recruitment stage,attach importance to the adjustment of psychological contract in the adaptation stage,strengthen the maintenance of psychological contract in the stability stage,and comprehensively strengthen the process management of employee psychological contract.
