Corporate culture is not only a method and theory that applies various subjects comprehensively,but also a cultural phenomenon that combines the inflexible and flexible mange together.The top 500 firms of the world clearly indicate that the competitions among the modern companies have been transferred on corporate culture instead of fund,cost,talents,technology etc for a long time.What's the secret of the well-known enterprise Apple's success? We believe that the majority of people will take it for creativity.The answer is beyond reproach.Whereas creativity is the superficies cause.When it comes to the profound layer,the topic of the thesis is to be mentioned,which is the corporate culture.Apple distinguished itself through technological innovation,institutional innovation as well as managerial innovation.However,the fruit of success should be attributed to its unique and outstanding corporate culture.This thesis takes the limited company,The Production of Lishu Iron Tower in Jilin as an example and starts at the basic theory of the construction of corporate culture to demonstrate the importance of developing the corporate culture and the method of developing.The paper also analyses the latent problems the company had when it was developing its concept,such as the shallow construction of material corporate culture,the deviating construction of behaviors,the randomized construction of institution as well as the idealization of mental construction.After exhaustively analyzing the factors of the problems above,we draw the conclusion that what lead to the troubles are that the company in Jilin pays insufficient attention to the development of corporate culture,their realization is incorrect,the disadvantages of concepts are exposed,etc.Based on these,we put forward specific measures to how to carry out the construction of corporate culture,which are that if the limited company want to remain invincible in the fierce marketing competition in the future,the directors of which must attach great importance to the management of corporate culture,build up joint values,make the rules and regulations of the company sound,solve the problems of the corporate culture and matters like that.We have faith that the paper will provide the Lishu Iron Production Company with valuable reference and assistance.And we also hope that it can be the reference for other company which are going to develop prominent corporate culture.
