The cultural management is the inevitable trend of development for enterprise management. The prevalence of corporate culture proved the potential energy of the corporate culture to the company’s development, so that the business leaders increasingly focus on creating the cultural heritage and managers increasingly interested in shaping the corporate image through perfect and unique corporate culture. The theory of psychological contract provides recommendations for construction of enterprise culture. The consistency of both staff development and business growth is the purpose to build corporate culture. The ability of employees may be raised in the course of their work, while the employees also reciprocated to make efforts for the development of enterprises, so that both staff and company could get the win in promoting of corporate culture. The construction of this culture system is based on psychological contract. In this paper, the research of these two areas are trying to combine to be able to study the interaction of psychological contract and corporate culture. The psychological contract of employees as the emotional foundation, so that to build theoretical framework of enterprise culture.Through analysis of the relationship between the psychological contract and corporate culture, drawing the following conclusions:the construction of the unique cultural system must be based on the psychological contract, only in this way, companies could gradually develop shared values of employees, in order to make the concept of people-oriented deeply rooted, and promote the pragmatic for corporate culture:understand the intension and extension of corporate culture on the basis of psychological contract, so that the employees could agree and support the concept of corporate culture, encourage employees to consciously practice into corporate culture. For the corporate culture is not deeply rooted when building the corporate culture, and due to the low acceptance of the staff to the corporate culture which led to the brain drain phenomenon. The harmony psychological contract between enterprises and employees is the basis for the construction of enterprise culture. Improve the corporate value system is the primary task for building enterprise culture. Foster balanced and relational psychological contract of staff, improving corporate culture. Designing the personalized incentives on the basis of individual psychological contract and promoting corporate culture to be deeply rooted.
