Study On Operation And Management Optimization Of FS Urban Rail Transit

The rapid development of the Chinese economy and the continuous promotion of urbanization have led to large-scale population concentration,resulting in severe traffic congestion and increased pressure on public transportation in large and medium-sized cities.Among them,the subway transportation line is favored by cities as a public transportation construction project due to its strong planning,large capacity,safety,and efficiency.This paper takes the operation of the FS subway as the research object and,based on the current situation of the FS subway operation,uses methods such as literature analysis,functional analysis,and case study to deeply analyze and summarize the management problems of the FS subway operation.Through the study,it is found that there is a conflict between the development decision-making and the development needs of the enterprise,and the company’s foresight and enterprise management level are insufficient.In addition,it is found that the company’s financing ability is insufficient,and the company has a large demand for funds but a weak financing ability.Furthermore,it is found that the company’s ability tosustain development is insufficient,and the company is unable to lead and participate in TOD development to obtain benefits and has insufficient diversified business ability.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a deep and specific analysis of the management problems of the FS city subway operation and provide suggestions for reference.Based on the above analysis,in order to improve the management capacity of the FS subway operation company,it is suggested to improve the company’s foresight and positioning,enhance the company’s management capability of its own industry;analyze the financing situation of specific projects to provide feasibility financing suggestions,assist in improving the company’s financing ability;and finally,actively and deeply participate in TOD development and improve the company’s diversified development ability of its own resources to enhance the company’s sustainable development ability.
