The Application Of PPP Financing Mode In Urban Rail Traffic Construction

As an important part of public transportation,urban rail transit has large capacity advantage to win the favor with its fast,convenient,safe and on time.The construction of rail transit can make the urban transportation more developed.And for the long-term development of cities is of great significance,can lead to the development of regional economy.Therefore,the government attaches great importance to the construction of urban rail transit.Traffic is the key of the city development and construction,as a new form of bus and rail transit,the advantages,such as quick and easy,safe and stable,and may well lead to the development of regional economy.And in the process of the actual development of rail transportation,shortage of funds is a bottleneck problem.PPP mode is an effective means to solve this situation.In this paper,the PPP financing model for the application of urban rail transit construction in China as the main content,with a city subway construction of PPP financing as the main case study.This paper mainly consists of seven parts.The first part is introduction,mainly elaborated in this paper,the writing background,significance,etc..The second part is the theory review,the main research involved in the PPP financing related concept definition and main theory.The third part of the PPP financing model of urban rail transit operation mechanism,this part of the running environment of the whole,the body of the project and role positioning,to run the program,financial supervision and project evaluation and so on has carried on the detailed introduction.The fourth part is case analysis,the main is a city subway line 4 case analysis and experience learning.The fifth part is the extension of the fourth part.It expounds the application of PPP financing model for domestic urban rail transit difficulties and countermeasures.The sixth one is the conclusions.
