Research On The Establishment Of A Financial Sharing Center By BTN Group

As the global economy soars,BTN Group grows in size,diversifies its business,and expands its branch network.However,due to the group’s rapid evolution,its current information system fails to keep up with business needs,resulting in a slew of issues such as rising operating costs,siloed disconnect of business and financial data,and low management efficiency.The current rapid advancement of communication and information technology has culminated in global economic integration as well as the rapid development of interconnectivity and platforms.On account of the profound impact of the digital revolution in intelligence,this thesis prepares to introduce the concept of "Financial Sharing" in order to comply with the trend of technological development,and build and design a financial sharing center for BTN Group,so as to lay the foundation for the future digitalization of BTN.We interviewed and researched the BTN Group in this thesis to identify current operational challenges,such as the lack of integration of business and financial processes and the system’s inability to integrate the group.In conjunction with the current situation,the thesis designs and builds a financial shared service center process,improves existing problems,develops financial shared service center safeguards,and finally analyzes the benefits of establishing a financial shared service center.Through the theoretical study of building a shared center in finance,this paper combines the problems of BTN Group’s management and the direction of strategic development planning to design and build a financial shared center in conjunction with the necessity and feasibility of building a financial shared center,focusing on describing the process design for various different business and financial issues to help the enterprise adapt to the current development and have positive significance for BTN Group’s future management reform.
