| With the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy,the development of leisure agriculture is increasingly receiving national attention and support.Developing leisure agriculture is of great significance for achieving agricultural transformation and upgrading,increasing agricultural added value,promoting the development of rural tourism,increasing farmers’ income,and achieving rural revitalization.In recent years,Yunnan Province has been actively promoting agricultural modernization and the development of rural tourism,and the development of leisure agriculture is an important measure.Yunnan Province is one of the important agricultural production areas in China,with unique natural resources and rich cultural resources.Developing leisure agriculture is conducive to tapping into local tourism and cultural resources,promoting rural economic transformation and upgrading.Kunming City is located in the central part of the Yunnan Plateau,with a suitable climate and fertile land.The development of leisure agriculture has unique natural conditions and advantages.Developing leisure agriculture in Kunming has significant economic,social,and cultural significance.It is not only conducive to promoting local rural economic development and urban-rural integration,but also helps to promote traditional culture,improve ecological environment quality,and improve people’s quality of life.It is an important project with both social and economic value.This article takes the development of leisure agriculture in Kunming as the research object,based on the theories of industrial integration,leisure economy,and sustainable development.Through methods such as data review and on-site visits,the foundation,current situation,and existing problems of leisure agriculture development in Kunming are summarized and summarized.Through questionnaire surveys and other methods,the influencing factors of leisure agriculture development in Kunming are analyzed,Then,we will focus on investigating consumers in leisure agricultural venues in Kunming,understand their market demands,and draw on the development experience of leisure agriculture at home and abroad to propose strategies to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Kunming.This article consists of six parts.Chapter 1: Introduction.It mainly introduces the research background and significance,current research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,possible innovations and shortcomings of the research.Chapter 2: Definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Firstly,the connotation,functions,and characteristics of leisure agriculture were introduced;Secondly,elaborate on the theories of industrial integration,leisure economy,and sustainable development that are closely related to the development of leisure agriculture.Chapter 3: Overview of the Development of Leisure Agriculture in Kunming City.Introduced the foundation and current situation of the development of leisure agriculture in Kunming,and analyzed the problems in the development of leisure agriculture in Kunming.Chapter 4: Investigation and Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Development of Leisure Agriculture in Kunming City.Firstly,the influencing factors of the development of leisure agriculture in Kunming were introduced,and then the importance of these influencing factors was analyzed based on the results of the survey questionnaire.It was concluded that consumer demand had the most important impact on the development of local leisure agriculture;Secondly,the focus is on analyzing some relevant conditions and cognitive feelings of consumers in leisure agricultural venues in Kunming.Based on the results of consumer survey questionnaires,consumer basic situation analysis,cognitive situation analysis,cause of action analysis,decision analysis,and satisfaction analysis are conducted separately.Chapter 5: Experience and Enlightenment of Leisure Agriculture Development at Home and Abroad.The development experiences of leisure agriculture in Italy,France,Israel,Tengchong City in Yunnan Province,Kaiping City in Guangdong Province,and Jiangyou City in Sichuan Province were introduced,and inspiration was drawn.Chapter 6: Strategies for Promoting the Development of Leisure Agriculture in Kunming City.Propose that the development of leisure agriculture in Kunming should follow the principles of adapting to local conditions,ecology,and economy,and provide corresponding countermeasures on how to create local characteristic brands,expand development scale,strengthen scientific and technological support,strengthen publicity and promotion,strengthen customer source development,and strengthen talent introduction and training. |
