Multi-mode Operations Research Used In A Case Based On Sustainable Of Leisure Agriculture Park

The development of urbanization,the urban population increases,and the arrival of the leisure century,as well as"three rural" issue brought an opportunity to the development of leisure agriculture.The leisure agriculture park as a carrier,there is always a lot of problems in it’s development and operations.Such as the type of it’s products is single,the scale of it’s business operations is small,management is not standardized,project lack of features,the services facilities are inadequate,lack of professional staffs,lack of market analysis and marketing means.Single agricultural leisure products can not meet the people’s growing diversified needs,a single business model has been unable to comply with the sustainable development of leisure agriculture park,multi-mode,comprehensive agricultural park will become the trend.The impact of the geographical position should be considerd in before leisure agriculture park’s planning,operators should have market awareness,and keep the market sensitivity,products should change according to the changes of the market to meet consumer’s demand.To be market,oriented,and the products should be innovation,so as to provide guarantee for the long-term development of leisure agriculture.With the development of society,people’s growing demand for leisure,leisure agriculture gradually tend from sightseeing to leisure experience direction.Therefore,leisure agriculture products should add to more experience design,take experiential marketing means to attract visitors to participate in the experience,get a high economic value,and increase the frequency of repeated consumption customers.This paper uses the data collection method,comparative studies,field surveys,interviews,case binding,comprehensive analysis method and through the leisure agriculture theoretical system analyzes the content,concepts and basic theory of leisure agriculture.Through research the development and business models in the world,combined with fieldwork observation of domestic leisure agriculture projects,compared the development of leisure agriculture in domestic with the international’s,and learn from foreign experience,summarize the issues of leisure agriculture projects’ development in China.At last through inductive analysis put forward reasonable proposals to the development of China’s leisure agriculture projects.Finally inductive analysis,the multi-mode leisure agriculture park operating model applied to the actual project-Guonong ecological and science technology agriculture park.
