Research On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Shandong Province Under The Background Of Industrial Integration

As an inevitable requirement of economic and social development,the integrated development of Rural three industries is an important way to promote agricultural transformation and upgrading,improve rural infrastructure construction and ensure farmers’ income.As an extension of agricultural development,leisure agriculture has increasingly become an important model for the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and provides a good solution to the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Therefor,the Chinese government attaches great importance to it.The No.1central document in 2015-2022 years has made important instructions for the development of leisure agriculture.In 2022,the No.1 central document explicitly proposed that we should continue to promote the integration of rural development and the three industries,encourage all localities to expand various functions of agriculture,and focus on developing rural leisure tourism.As a major agricultural province in China,Shandong Province’s leisure agriculture is showing a new business form,diversification and industrialization development trend,has achieved good development results,and has formed a typical leisure agriculture development model,which provides a good reference for the development of leisure agriculture in other regions.However,there are still many problems in the development of leisure agriculture in Shandong Province,such as the low degree of industrial integration and the low benefit of integration development,which limits the further development of leisure agriculture.Therefore,in the context of industrial integration,how to better promote the healthy development of leisure agriculture has become an important issue that governments at all levels in Shandong Province urgently need to solve.Based on the development background of industrial integration,this paper takes the development mode of leisure agriculture in Shandong Province as the research object,specifically analyzes three development modes of leisure agriculture in Shandong Province at the present stage,and uses AHP-FCE method,The comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed by selecting three criteria level indicators of integrated development sustainability,integrated development benefit and integrated development openness and 12 index level indicators,and the development effectiveness of three different development modes of leisure agriculture in Shandong province was quantitatively evaluated under the background of industrial integration.The research found that: "Natural regions-health vacationing industry" pattern of leisure agriculture development overall effectiveness evaluation is "good" level,"rural complex" pattern of leisure agriculture and farmers-popular science educational teaching fusion "leisure agriculture pattern overall evaluation grades are"average "level,specific to the 12 index layer index will exist to varying degrees in all sorts of problems.On the whole,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the development mode of leisure agriculture in Shandong province under the background of industrial integration.In addition,based on the empirical evaluation results and the background of industrial integration,this paper further puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to achieve healthy development of the three development modes,so as to promote the in-depth integrated development of agricultural and tourism industry in Shandong Province and inject new vitality into economic growth.
