Modern competition has changed from competition among products to competition among industrial chains.However,in this process,the uncoordinated development phenomena such as asymmetric information,slow income increase,disjointed production and circulation,unbalanced resource agglomeration and low added value of agricultural products have intensified.In recent years,with the development of e-commerce,it not only changes people's production and lifestyle,but also empowers the agricultural industrial chain and helps farmers increase their income.Under this background,studying and mastering the development trends of e-commerce and agricultural industry chain,and digging deep into the coupling relationship between e-commerce and agricultural industry chain,have practical significance to promote the development of agricultural industry chain,and have important research value to enrich and expand the related theories of agricultural industry chain.This paper studies the coupling relationship between e-commerce and agricultural industry chain,adopts the overall research idea of "connotation-process-mechanism",and under the guidance of system theory,system coupling theory,synergy theory,industrial integration theory and other related theories,analyzes the connotation and characteristics between them,constructs the overall research framework of coupling development,focuses on the time series evolution process of the coupling development between e-commerce and agricultural industry chain in Inner Mongolia from 2008 to 2018,and reveals the internal coupling mechanism from the time dimension.At the macro level,according to the research framework of coupling between e-commerce and agricultural industrial chain,this paper evaluates the development process of coupling between them,constructs their respective index systems,and draws the main conclusions:(1)The four secondary index weights of e-commerce index system are 49.41% of business factors,19.21% of environmental factors,15.78% of service factors and 15.60% of channel factors,and the proportion of channel is low,which should be optimized by coupling agricultural industrial chain;(2)The weights of the three secondary indicators in the index system of agricultural industrial chain are 53.04% of technical factors,26.44% of organizational factors and 20.52% of environmental factors.The most prominent problem in environmental factors is that the investment in talent training can not meet the needs of agricultural economic development at present;(3)From the time-varying process,there is coordinated development and mutual reflection.The specific performance is that the coupling coordination degree between e-commerce and agricultural industrial chain in Inner Mongolia has steadily increased from 0.1708 in2008 to 0.4164 in 2018,showing a serious uncoordinated evolution to barely coordinated;Since 2015,the development level of e-commerce has risen faster than the agricultural industrial chain.Quantitative analysis of the internal coupling mechanism between e-commerce and agricultural industry chain,and draw the main conclusions:(1)Sustained growth,tending to coordinated development.The coupling relationship between e-commerce and agricultural industry chain is in a low level,high coupling,barely harmonious and coordinated state,which shows that the two subsystems of e-commerce and agricultural industry chain are closely related,influence and restrict each other,but the degree of order is low,and the internal elements of the system have not yet fully played their role.It is necessary to optimize the coupling and coordination path between e-commerce and agricultural industry chain and develop towards a new orderly structure;(2)Short-term fluctuation and long-term cointegration.By constructing VAR model,it is concluded that there is a long-term cointegration relationship between the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree between e-commerce and agricultural industrial chain.In the long run,there is an equilibrium relationship between the two variables.When the short-term fluctuation deviates from the long-term equilibrium,the short-term deviation is adjusted and repaired to increase the adjustment strength by 0.13 to make it return to the equilibrium state and develop into a long-term,balanced and stable system.At the micro level,small farmers account for 91.22% of Inner Mongolia,which is still the main agricultural organization form.Participating in the agricultural industrial chain coupled with e-commerce is an effective way to realize the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development.In this paper,representative rural areas in eastern,central and western Inner Mongolia were selected,and questionnaires were distributed for investigation in two years to provide micro data support.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of farmers' participation in e-commerce ? the influence of farmers' participation in e-commerce on farmers' income? the influencing factors of farmers' participation in agricultural industrial chain coupled with e-commerce,and draws the main conclusions:(1)Based on 739 farmers,participation variables,service quality,traffic conditions and cognitive level have significant positive effects on farmers' participation in e-commerce;(2)Based on 739 farmers,with the increase of farmers' income,the impact of selling agricultural products by e-commerce on income changes from negative correlation to positive correlation;(3)Based on 378 farmers as the research objects,such variables as planting type,participating in new business entities,regional differences,gender and marital status have a significant impact on farmers' participation in the agricultural industrial chain coupled with e-commerce.Based on the research conclusions of macro and micro levels,this paper explores the coupling and coordination path between e-commerce and agricultural industrial chain in Inner Mongolia,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the coupling and coordinated development of the two: integrating into the national regional development strategy;Strengthen farmers' skills training;Encourage farmers to join new business organizations;Improve the level of agricultural informatization;Cultivate the brand of agricultural products with inner mongolia characteristics.The biggest innovation of this paper is to regard e-commerce and agricultural industry chain as a complete coupling system by using system theory for reference,and on this basis,to build an overall research framework for their coupling development,which is helpful to study the temporal evolution process and internal coupling mechanism of e-commerce and agricultural industry chain.
