Study On Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Land Trust Intention In Cangzhou City

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that to consolidate and improve the basic rural management system,we should develop a new type of rural collective economy,develop a new type of agricultural management and social services,and develop appropriate scale agricultural management.Cangzhou is rich in land resources and has a good agricultural foundation.Many farmers hope that land trusteeship can increase their income.Land trusteeship also promotes the intensification,scale and informatization of land objectively.Therefore,land trusteeship is not only an important means to increase farmers’ income,but also a proper meaning to promote the socialist modernization construction with Chinese characteristics.The study of farmers’ land trusteeship will play an important role in promoting farmers’ land trusteeship.This paper takes the farmers of Cangzhou city as the specific research object.Based on the theory of property rights,the theory of institutional change and the theory of farmers’ behavior,and from the perspective of farmers’ will,it analyzes the current situation of rural land trustement of farmers in Cangzhou City and their will.By using the binary Logistic regression analysis method,it studies the relevant factors affecting the farmers’ will of land trustement.In order to promote the rural land trusteeship in Jiamusi City,improve the degree of agricultural mechanization and promote the further development of agriculture,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the rural farmers’ willingness of land trusteeship in Cangzhou City.In this paper,data were obtained through field investigation,questionnaire distribution and yearbook review.A total of 377 questionnaires were distributed,among which 341 were valid.According to the existing data and research,it can be found that there are some problems in land trusteeship in Cangzhou City,such as relatively closed thinking,low level of education,lack of understanding of policies,single way of government publicity,insufficient supervision by relevant departments,lack of digital platforms and services related to land trusteeship,and imperfect laws and regulations related to land trusteeship.The binary Logistic regression analysis shows that farmers’ age,education level,family arable land area,understanding degree of land trusteeship policy and government supervision have significant effects on farmers’ trusteeship intention.Therefore,according to the current situation and influencing factors of Cangzhou farmers’ participation in land trustement,Cangzhou governments at all levels should carry out vocational skills training and encourage young and middle-aged farmers to return to their hometowns to start businesses.Improve the government’s propaganda efforts and broaden the propaganda channels;Strengthen the government’s supervision of land trusteeship;Introducethe intermediary organization of land trusteeship,establish the information network;We will improve laws and regulations and the social security system.
