Research On The Willingness And Influencing Factors Of Farmers To Participate In Land Trusteeship In Cangzhou City

Rural land trusteeship can solve the problem of "who will farm the land and how to farm the land",liberate the rural labor force from the heavy land management activities,and speed up the modernization of agricultural production.Cangzhou municipal government attaches great importance to the development of land trusteeship service mode,and has issued relevant policies and guiding measures to actively create an external environment conducive to the development of land trusteeship institutions.However,at present,the overall willingness of farmers in Cangzhou to participate in land trusteeship is not high.Therefore,based on the t heoretical basis of property right system change theory,planned behavior theory and farmers’ behavior theory,this paper attempts to build an analysis model of the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to participate in land trusteeship in Cangzhou,explore the significant influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to participate in land trusteeship in Cangzhou,and put forward targeted guiding measures to promote the large-scale management of rural land.Using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and binary logistic regression analysis,this paper takes 400 farmers randomly visited in Cang County,Qing County,Dongguang County,Haixing County and Yanshan County of Cangzhou City as the research object.359 questionnaires were effectively filled in,and the effective recovery rate was 89.75%;Among them,185 farmers have participated in land trusteeship,accounting for 51.53% of the total sample.The results of empirical analysis show that behavior attitude,subjective norms,percei ved behavior control and policy tools have a significant positive impact on Farmers’ willingness to participate in land trusteeship.At the same time,there are differences in the willingness of farmers to participate in land trusteeship in Cangzhou City in the personalized factors such as the number of people participating in agricultural management,their health level,family income,family farming income,family working income,the quality of land cultivated by families,the number of land rented with compensation,and whether they and their families are party members or village cadres.In view of the above analysis results,this paper believes that Cangzhou city should strengthen the publicity of land trusteeship,give play to the leading role of village committees,relatives and friends and demonstration farmers,increase farmers’ non-agricultural employment opportunities,improve the development level of land trusteeship institutions,improve relevant policies and regulations of land trusteeship,and improve the supervision mechanism of land trusteeship,so as to improve farmers’ awareness of participating in land trusteeship and promote the steady development of land trusteeship services.
