Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Land Trusteeship

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes that China needs to accelerate the construction of an agricultural power.The foundation of becoming a strong modern socialist country is to become a strong agricultural country,and promoting agricultural modernization can promote high-quality development.The traditional decentralized management mode of Chinese family hinders the development of agricultural modernization,and land trusteeship is an important way to promote agricultural modernization.Land trusteeship improves the shortage of small-scale management and achieves the appropriate scale management of land.The purpose of this thesis is to understand the intention of farmers in Jieshou City on land trusteeship and the actual situation of participating in land trusteeship,analyze the factors that affect the land trusteeship service of farmers in Jieshou City and their functions,and finally put forward suggestions that can promote local farmers to participate in land trusteeship.At the same time,the thesis uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method and metrological analysis method to conduct investigation and research.Taking Jieshou City of Anhui Province as an example,this thesis conducted a field survey and interviewed 349 rural households.Meanwhile,the land trusteeship situation of rural households in 15 villages in 7 towns of Jieshou City was calculated by means of questionnaire distribution.The binary Logistic model was constructed using SPSS software.The main research contents are as follows:This thesis uses principal-agent theory,land property right theory and farmer’s behavior theory as the theoretical basis of the thesis.Developed a detailed questionnaire survey in line with the research theme,through the field investigation,a detailed understanding of the main land trusteeship in Jieshou City.This thesis studies the factors that affect farmers’ participation in land trusteeship by constructing a binary Logistic model.The conclusion is that farmers’ understanding of land trusteeship law,the convenience of purchasing agricultural production tools or machinery and equipment,the water resources status of the village,whether there is a trusteeship organization in the village have a positive impact on farmers’ land trusteeship.The degree of fragmentation of cultivated land and the willingness to sign contracts with land trusteeship providers have a negative impact on farmers’ land trusteeship.Education level,whether there are village cadres in the family,the number of people involved in agricultural planting,whether it is convenient for farmers to get land trusteeship information,and whether there is land trusteeship publicity in the village have no significant influence on whether farmers choose land trusteeship.According to the shortage and dilemma of land trusteeship in Jieshou City and the factors affecting the development of land trusteeship,this thesis puts forward some policy suggestions for improvement: improving the level of education of farmers in Jieshou City and their ability to accept new things;Strengthen the contract between farmers and custodial providers;Promote the publicity of land trusteeship and increase the visibility of trusteeship service providers;We will improve rural farmland,electricity and other infrastructure;Emphasize the safeguard function of agricultural insurance.
