In recent years,the artificial intelligence industry has emerged rapidly.From the policy guidance of national top-level design,artificial intelligence is a basic technology that can help traditional industries achieve leapfrog upgrading and improve industrial efficiency.Based on artificial intelligence,the voice transcription technology developed can use artificial intelligence technology to be able to convert the voice content of a person into text,and can automatically generate scripts or subtitles.It can serve several application scenarios such as customer service recording,conference,and speech.It can avoid duplication of work and information omission,and also save a lot of working time.However,during the rapid development of smart office business,the hidden marketing problems are also becoming more and more prominent.Whether KDDI can continue to consolidate and expand its favorable position in the "speech transcription system" market through effective marketing strategies will directly affect whether KDDI can continue to occupy a place in the smart office field.In this thesis,we analyze the current marketing situation and problems of the speech transcription product by applying marketing theories to the "speech transcription system" product of KDDI.The external environment of speech transcription system product is studied by PEST,and the trend of product demand in the future market is inspected,and the internal resources and core competitiveness of the company are analyzed.On this basis,the SWOT analysis is used to provide an in-depth analysis of the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses faced by the product,which will help the product to better integrate Xunfei’s leading edge in the industry,strong team organization,leading software development and innovation capabilities effectively,so as to avoid or improve the problems of unclear product positioning,poor channel construction,and We can avoid or improve the problems of unclear product positioning,poor channel construction,and low product awareness.Based on the results of the analysis,the SWOT strategy matrix is combined with the results of the analysis.Finally,based on the development needs of the product market,a developmental strategy(SO)was selected as the marketing strategy.
