With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology,people are increasingly exploring the field of science and technology.The emerging industries represented by Al have risen rapidly and become the new engines of global economic growth.The development of AI is the inevitable result of social progress.On the one hand,AI is mostly a high-tech industry with low consumption of natural resources and human resources and plays an important role in upgrading and optimizing the national industrial structure.On the other hand,AI technology has been applied in industrial production,family,public safety and computer fields,and has a profound impact on human production and life.At present,AI technology and product development in various countries are basically on the same starting line.China uses the advantages of the Internet and big data develop AI technology.Government has issued a series of policies and plans to support the development of AI in China and even raised AI to the national strategic level in 2016.With the strong support from the country,a batch of domestic leading enterprises with the world's advanced AI technology have emerged.Companies such as Baidu,Tencent,Alibaba,Huawei and IFLYTEK have made remarkable progress in such fields,such as speech recognition,natural language processing,computer vision,face recognition,smart phones and driverless cars.A series of AI products have started to go far Selling overseas.Complex and ever-changing international marketing environment and fierce international competition have brought great obstacles to the international marketing of Al products in China.If Chinese AI enterprises want to achieve good development in the international market,they should learn and use modern international marketing concepts scientifically and make appropriate marketing strategies.Based on the above background,I start to write the paper from the related concepts and theories of international marketing,introduce the 4Ps theory of international marketing and SWOT environment analysis theory,and then analyzes the international marketing of AI products in China.This paper also selects two leading companies of Baidu and IFLYTEK to do case analysis,introduces the development of AI technology and introduces the international marketing of these two enterprises,points out the outstanding experience and inadequate marketing of the enterprise.Provide reference for the international marketing of AI products of other enterprises.Based on the above analysis of the situation of China's AI products marketing and the analysis of two typical business cases,this paper summarizes the main problems in the international marketing of AI products in our country.These problems are mainly reflected in the dependence on imports of core components,the lack of clear industry standards,the low degree of commercialization of technologies,the unscientific marketing channels and promotion strategies,the inadequate national laws and regulations and other aspects.The paper puts forward some suggestions on these issues,including encouraging the cultivation of talents in the field of Al and enhancing the capability of independent innovation;drawing on the experience of developed countries and formulating appropriate channel strategies;strengthening brand building and scientific marketing management;establishing a unified industry standard,deepen the interoperability of products;speed up the commercialization of AI products,improve the Al industry chain;increase government support and supervision,and guide the healthy development of the industry.
