Different enterprises have different ideas of reform.Our real estate industry has never had a present scale,one of the ideas is to look for solutions to large and mature manufacturing industry.Scale real estate enterprises are facing pains at the present stage.Organizational reform helps to improve decision-making efficiency and improve management quality under the premise of slimming down enterprises,and plays a more prominent role in coping with the downtrend of the market.This paper takes the real estate industry as an example,using the theory and method of modern industrial organization,discusses the extremely simplified organization of the real estate industry,in order to achieve the optimal structure of type A real estate,and then promote the rapid development of real estate.Because the real estate industry is different from the manufacturing industry,it is still necessary to analyze the real estate enterprises according to their own characteristics.This paper attempts to use the lean thinking of Amoeba management to optimize the minimalist organization of A-type real estate companies,and according to the specific situation of the real estate industry,put forward A minimalist organization design and implementation method suitable for A-type real estate,and put forward specific organizational assurance measures,to provide reference for similar companies.This study not only has A certain guiding role for the follow-up management of A company,but also plays a certain reference role for other large real estate enterprises.This study focuses on the organizational changes of large-scale real estate enterprises in the face of market downturns.In the current environment,it is innovative and necessary to select this research object.At the same time,there are relatively few researches on applying the manufacturing management theory to the management of the real estate industry.The research on applying the two breakthrough points of manufacturing theory to the organizational management has certain theoretical innovation.As the first research that integrates Amoeba management model and lean thinking into minimalist management,it has made a certain breakthrough in minimalist management theory.This breakthrough is helpful to provide some reference for the organizational reform of large-scale housing enterprises.
