Company B is a highly specialized outsourcing company that provides fullprocess service for the development of new drugs for pharmaceutical companies and other new drug R&D institutions.At present,with the successive introduction of laws and regulations in related fields,Company B faces tremendous opportunities for development and fierce market competition.As the scale of the company continues to expand,management and business models have not been updated and improved,and corporate problems have gradually emerged.Mainly reflected in the low level of corporate performance,staff enthusiasm is not high,managers painstakingly managed but difficult to bear fruit.In addition,the market's comprehensive service requirements for enterprises have been continuously improved,and corporate profitability has continuously dropped,even in the recent quarters.In response to the current market challenges and out of the predicament of loss,Company B decided to introduce the Amoeba business model to improve corporate issues and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company.Follow the way of asking questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems.Using the methods of case analysis and theoretical literature induction,aiming at the major management problems existing in company B,select the cCompany B medical device clinical department to conduct in-depth research and conduct amoeba business models.Landing research design.The main results of this paper are:(1)Complete the organizational division of Amoeba.On the basis of satisfying the four principles of unit division,the organization is divided into one level through project relevance,and the job category is obtained.The positions are divided into two levels according to the degree of profit relatedness,and the roles of the members of the Amoeba group are determined based on the balance mechanism;(2)Complete the design of self-organizing form and internal marketization.Determine the object of settlement and profit sharing,design team members to select and evaluate the system,and establish the exit mechanism of the amoeba project team;(3)complete the design of the protection mechanism for Amoeba.According to the standard process of device clinical research,the project quality indicators and project progress indicators are combined with workload assessment methods to design the project's performance assessment program.Through this research design,the organizational management dynamics mechanism is applied to the theoretical guidance of the amoeba model,and the implementation of the amoeba model in the implementation of the company B is realized.And hope to use company B as a background,to explore a modern CRO company to apply the amoeba model for internal organization design and management of typical programs,similar to other companies to provide effective reference.
