| As a new management mode,the management thinking and management mode contained in amoeba mode have attracted more and more attention.Many scholars have summarized the application experience of amoeba management,and many enterprises are also exploring how to apply amoeba management mode,so that it can play a promoting role in the combination of amoeba management mode and organizational development.Based on the analysis of T Company’s amoeba organization,this paper summarizes the key factors for the success of amoeba organization in the context of Chinese enterprises and tries to build a model,hoping to provide valuable reference for enterprises that carry out organizational structure innovation.Through the analysis of the operation process of amoeba organization and related theories,the conclusion is drawn that the key factors affecting the success of amoeba organization are:The chief amoeba’s competence;Sharing of organizational goals and values;Labor-capital balance;Service culture.Amoeba management mode plays a key role in the redevelopment of enterprises.The research results of this paper put forward some suggestions for the construction of amoeba organizations:the chief amoeba is the soul of the amoeba organization,leading the amoeba members to carry out the organization construction,concentrating and releasing the strength of the team;Amoeba goal sharing within the organization,so that members of the organization’s personal goals and organizational goals consistent,so that the team strength cohesion;The shared values within amoeba organizations promote the socialization process of organization members and enhance the public image of the organization;Labor-capital balance improve the enthusiasm of employees,makes the members of amoeba organization actively contribute to the organization,and enhance the core competitiveness of the organization;The service culture formed within the organization promotes the establishment of friendly and mutually beneficial cooperative relations between the organization and customers,and seeks common development.The research also found that the chief amoeba’s competence and sharing of organizational goals and values can promote the success of amoeba organizations through the bridge of full trust.Labor-capital balance and the service culture are linked by improvement of productivity to contribute to the success of the amoeba organization. |
