A Evaluation Research Of Satisfaction Level Of The Basic Endowment Insurance For Urban And Rural Residents In C District Chongqing City

The rise of the "new public management" movement urges the government to change its ruling concept,regard the public as customers and actively build a service-oriented government.As an important aspect of the social security system,the basic old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents is of positive significance to the construction of a service-oriented government.This system is a thorough old-age insurance system,which is conducive to ensuring life,adjusting distribution and promoting harmony.However,its regional development varies greatly in actual operation,so it is necessary to carry out subregional research on it.Therefore,taking District C of Chongqing as an example,this study selects the insured personnel in this area as the research object,evaluates the satisfaction level of the insured personnel with the system through questionnaire survey,summarizes the factors affecting the satisfaction,and puts forward suggestions on system optimization to promote the vigorous development of endowment insurance in Chongqing.The paper mainly includes the following research contents:Firstly,it introduces the development of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents in District C of Chongqing.This paper expounds the basic situation and urban and rural income of district C in Chongqing,combs the development process of endowment insurance in District C,and then expounds the development and operation status and existing problems of endowment insurance in District C.Secondly,according to the establishment of satisfaction evaluation system,design a questionnaire to evaluate the satisfaction level of insured personnel with basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents,and analyze and summarize the factors affecting satisfaction.The results show that the overall satisfaction of urban and rural residents with the basic old-age insurance system in District C of Chongqing is at the upper middle level.The factors affecting the overall satisfaction of the system are age,education level,income level in demographic characteristics,system design,publicity and communication,system implementation and service level.Among them,the overall satisfaction of the insured with the system design is at the upper middle level,and the influencing factors include the satisfaction with the treatment level,government subsidies,guarantee degree,payment grade and the transfer and continuation of the system.The insured’s satisfaction with the implementation of the system is relatively high,and the influencing factors include the satisfaction with the application process,pension receiving procedures,pension receiving qualification certification and payment methods.The factors that affect the service efficiency and service quality of the insured include the relatively high degree of satisfaction with the working environment and the service quality of the insured personnel.The insured’s satisfaction with publicity and communication is relatively low,and the influencing factors include the satisfaction with publicity methods,publicity efforts,publicity contents and troubleshooting.Finally,according to the survey results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve residents’ satisfaction.It is proposed to continuously improve the system design,improve the convenience of system implementation,establish service awareness,improve service quality,strengthen publicity and communication,improve residents’ income and ensure residents’ insurance confidence and ability.
