Research On The Integrated Development Of Manufacturing Industry And Producer Service Industry In Xinjiang Under The New Development Pattern Of Double Cycle

The new development pattern with internal circulation as the main body and internal and external circulation promoting each other is one of the strategies put forward by China in response to the US technological blockade and counter economic globalization.It has a deep impact on the model of China’s economic development.China is a manufacturing power,but not yet a strong one.We need to inject new energy for manufacturing transformation and upgrading.The integration of manufacturing industry and producer service industry is an important way to achieve high quality development of manufacturing industry and cultivate modern industrial system.As "Made in China 2025" clearly puts forward the strategic goal of "realizing the transformation of manufacturing industry and promoting the transformation of production-oriented manufacturing industry to service-oriented manufacturing industry",all regions focus on the development focus of manufacturing industry to "service-oriented".Manufacturing industry is the key and foundation to realize industrial power and plays an important role in promoting economic development.However,nowadays,there are many problems in Chinese manufacturing industry,such as weak ability of independent innovation,low added value of intermediate products,lagging development of key parts and components,and slow development of advanced manufacturing industry.One of the important reasons is the lack of efficient integrated development mechanism between manufacturing and producer services.As a large resource-based province in western China,Xinjiang has great potential for the integrated development of manufacturing and producer services.Besides,Xinjiang has a good geographical location,and the demand of many neighboring countries can continuously drive the development of manufacturing and producer services in Xinjiang.Therefore,how to integrate domestic and foreign superior resources and improve the integrated development level of manufacturing and producer services in Xinjiang has become one of the keys to the transformation of manufacturing industry.Taking Xinjiang as an example,this thesis starts from the new development pattern of double cycle and the concept connotation of integrated development of manufacturing and producer services,and analyzes the integrated development of manufacturing and producer services in Xinjiang,which not only contributes to the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Xinjiang,At the same time,it provides theoretical basis,relevant support and suggestions for the integrated development of manufacturing and producer services in Xinjiang under the background of the new double-cycle development pattern.The specific structure of this thesis is as follows: First,the mechanism of integrated development of manufacturing and producer services is analyzed from two aspects: inner cycle and outer cycle.Secondly,the basic conditions for the integrated development of manufacturing industry and producer services in Xinjiang under the new development pattern of double cycle are analyzed from resources and environmental conditions and economic development basis,and the development status of manufacturing industry and producer services in Xinjiang are analyzed.Thirdly,by constructing the comprehensive index system of the comprehensive development level of manufacturing industry and the comprehensive development level of producer service industry,the coupling coordination model is used to calculate the integration degree of the subdivision of manufacturing industry and producer service industry in Xinjiang.Finally,the fixed effect model and GMM model are constructed to further analyze the influencing factors of the integrated development of manufacturing industry and producer services in Xinjiang under the new dual-cycle development pattern,and on this basis,the objectives,paths and safeguard measures of the integrated development of manufacturing industry and producer services in Xinjiang under the new dual-cycle development pattern are proposed.Based on the analysis,conclusions are drawn:(1)The integrated development level of manufacturing and producer services in Xinjiang is basically on the rise from 2010 to 2020,indicating that the integrated development level of manufacturing and producer services in Xinjiang is developing towards good coupling and high-quality coupling.(2)Static panel model analysis results show that the influence power factor in the development of manufacturing industry and producer services integration in Xinjiang have human capital,innovation level,the manufacturing industry agglomeration,dual cycle coupling development level,investment cooperation,and agglomeration of producer services,trade cooperation with the government intervention hindered the development of manufacturing industry and producer services integration.(3)Dynamic panel model analysis results show that the development of manufacturing industry and producer services integration received in a period of two industry integration level,influence power factor in the development of manufacturing industry and producer services integration in Xinjiang have innovation level,the manufacturing industry agglomeration,dual cycle coupling development level and trade cooperation,government intervention,Investment cooperation and producer services agglomeration inhibit the integration of manufacturing and producer services.(4)This thesis believes that Xinjiang should promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry,promote the diversified development of producer services,and promote the support of Xinjiang region to the new dual-cycle development pattern.It takes the value chain integration of producer services and manufacturing industry and the collaborative spatial agglomeration of manufacturing and producer services as the important paths.To speed up the construction of talent team and cultivating innovative talents,the rational utilization of economic platform,to break barriers to industry,reasonable use of domestic and international research and development of two kinds of resources,guide the industry innovation and development,improve the capacity to enhance industry at home and abroad to exchange,to encourage manufacturing and producer services across regions to ensure cooperation way,We will gradually realize the integrated development of Xinjiang’s manufacturing industry and producer services.
