| China is now in the critical period of industrial transformation and upgrading.Accelerating the transformation and upgrading of producer services industry and equipment manufacturing industry is an important measure to transform the mode of economic growth and promote stable economic growth.This paper aims to explore the symbiotic relationship between the development of equipment manufacturing industry and production services industry in Tianjin city,analysis the symbiotic status of the two industry,put forward policy recommendations to promote the two industrial symbiosis development,in order to provide reference to optimize the industrial structure of Tianjin city and promote the economic development of Tianjin.On the basis of summarizing the results of the interactive development research between manufacturing and producer services industry at home and abroad,this paper makes a simulation analysis and empirical research on the symbiotic development of Tianjin’s equipment manufacturing industry and producer services industry.Firstly,the symbiotic theory is introduced to construct the conceptual model of the evolution of the symbiotic system of the equipment manufacturing industry and the producer services industry,then the equilibrium and stability conditions of the evolution process of the symbiotic development between the equipment manufacturing industry and the productive service industry are solved,then the simulation analysis on different coefficients of the symbiotic model is taken by using the VensimPLE simulation software.After the simulation,we use the equipment manufacturing industry and production service industry statistical yearbook of Tianjin city to test the two industries symbiosis status change,and causality and use econometric model Granger causality test to test the relationship between the two industries.Finally from three aspects the government,industries and enterprises we promote policy recommendations to improve symbiotic development of the two industry.Through the analysis,the conclusions are as followed:(1)industrial symbiosis symbiotic evolution model depends on the different coefficient between the units of the industry;(2)mutualism mode is the best mode of industrial symbiosis development,in this mode the unit maximum scale is larger than the independent development period to the symbiosis mode;(3)of the equipment manufacturing industry of Tianjin,sectors such as the transportation equipment manufacturing,electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry is in large scale,the traditional of producer services industry accounted for relatively high proportion,the emerging knowledge intensive producer services industry is relatively in poor development;(4)Tianjin equipment manufacturing industry and producer services industry at the present stage is in the mode of " asymmetric mutualism",the equipment manufacturing industry is in a dominant position;(5)Grainger causality test shows that the equipment manufacturing industry in Tianjin city is the Grainger’s cause of producer services industry.Tianjin’s dual industry symbiosis is still at the initial stage of asymmetric mutualism.The industrial symbiosis effect needs further improvement.Mutualism is the best mode of industrial symbiosis and the most advanced mode,for the sake of transform the mode from the asymmetric mutualism model into symmetry mutualism model,we propose three layers of progressive path based on theory of division of labor and value chain,they are the path of value chain extension,the integration path of value chain and value chain embeddedness path.The three paths are progressive and ladder shaped development,and ultimately achieve the optimal symbiotic development of Tianjin’s two industries. |
