In 2019,the 15 ministries and commissions such as the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the " Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Deep Integration of Advanced Manufacturing Industry and Modern Service Industry".The implementation opinion proposed that the integration of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry is an important way to comply with the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform, enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry, cultivate the modern industrial system and achieve high-quality development. In the future, the integration of producer services and manufacturing industry will become an important direction for China’s manufacturing industry to break through the difficult problem;at the same time, the integration of producer services and manufacturing will play an important role in expanding the development space of service industry, optimizing the allocation of resources in the field of manufacturing, and transforming the kinetic energy of social and economic development. In this paper, the basic labor division theory, value chain theory, industrial correlation theory and endogenous economic growth theory are used to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of the two industries by using the panel data from 2009 to 2019.The coupling coordination degree model and panel data model are used to study the level of integrated development of producer services and manufacturing and its influencing factors. The results show that:①The regression results show that the five factors of financial innovation investment, human innovation investment, outsourcing level, producer services level and marketization degree are significantly and positively correlated with the coupling coordination degree, indicating that the three driving factors of innovation-driven,market demand-driven and deregulation-driven can significantly and effectively promote the integrated development of producer services and manufacturing.②The amount of financial innovation investment, human innovation investment, outsourcing level, producer services level and marketization degree in the eastern and central regions are significantly positively correlated with the coupling coordination degree between producer services and manufacturing, while only outsourcing level and producer services level in the core explanatory variables in the western region have passed the significant test.③According to the heterogeneity analysis of development degree and coordination degree,it is found that the three driving factors significantly and positively promote the integrated development of producer services and manufacturing in high development and high coordination areas; In regions with high development and low coordination,innovation-driven and market demand-driven significantly promote the integrated development of producer services and manufacturing, while the promotion effect of deregulation-driven is not significant. In regions with low development and high coordination, the three driving factors have basically promoted the integration of the two industries. In regions with low development and low coordination, only the indigenousness of innovation-driven factors promotes the integration of producer services and manufacturing, while market demand-driven and deregulation-driven factors fail to promote the integration of the two industries.Suggestions:To increase manufacturing investment in low-tech sectors of producer services;to enhance the added value of the low-tech sector and the output value of the high-tech sector in the manufacturing industry;to encourage enterprise information innovation;to relax industrial control.
