The Study On Interactive Development Between Producer Services And Manufacturing Industry In Anhui Province

As a branch of the service industry, the.producer services play an important role in the industrialization:all the produce sectors of manufacture industry rely on the support from the producer services. Meanwhile the development of producer services also is driven by the manufacture industry. The relationship between the producer services and manufacturing industry becomes much closer during the industrialization evolving.This study aims at investigating the interactive development of producer services and manufacture industry in Anhui Province. In order to explore the relationship between producer services and manufacture industry, the study first surveys the previous researches on producer services, manufacture industry and the relationship between producer services and manufacture. The study then gives an overview of the development of producer services and manufacture industry in Anhui Province. The relationships between producer services and manufacture industry are also analyzed theoretically at the same time. Based on the theoretic analysis, an empirical research is also carried out in this study. The vector error correction model is employed in the empirical research, to analyze the relationships between producer services and manufacture industry. The conclusion of the relationship between producer services and manufacture industry is therefore made by the theoretic analysis and the empirical research.This study is composed of five parts.The first part is the introduction of the study. It describes the background and significance of this paper, the outline and research methods. At last, it shows the main innovation and inadequate part.The producer services is an important driving force of economy. People and organization show more and more attention to the producer services recently. Now it’s a a critical period of Anhui’s industrialization and producer services are playing a more and more important role in industrialization. At the same time, the development of manufacturing industry is relying more on producer services and producer services also depend on manufacturing industry. Thus, it is of great significance to analyze the interactive relationship of producer services and manufacturing industry.The second chapter is literature reviews. The section surveys the main studies on interactive development between producer services and manufacturing industry. In particular, the section provides a description of current research and a brief commentary. There is a connection between produce services and manufacturing industry, and they can influence each other. This part supplies the theoretical basis of the whole study.The third part gives a description of the current situation of producer services and manufacturing industry in Anhui province. Recently, Anhui Province is at the period of industrial structure adjustment. Since the reform and opening up, the producer services have made great progress, however, we should notice that compared with the producer services of developed province, the producer services of Anhui still lag behind. While manufacturing industry of Anhui also have some questions we must pay great attention to:firstly, value added per capita is low; secondly, the market structure is too fragmented; thirdly, the technological innovation capability is poor; fourthly, manufacturing industry lack high-end technical talents; fifthly, talents structural disorder.The fourth section is the empirical analysis. The paper adopts the data which can be acquired and chooses the variable indicators, and thus establish equation of linear regression etc to analyze how producer services and manufacturing industry affect each other. In analyzing the interactive relationship of producer service and manufacturing industry, the author chooses value added growth for the manufacturing industry, value added growth for the producer services, the stock of fixed capital and the manufacturing industry working population as variables. In this section, the empirical analysis shows that although producer services of China is in the initial stage of development, they have a positive interactive relationship with manufacturing industry. The government should deepen the positive interactive relationship to enhance the competence of manufacturing industry and to optimize industrial structure. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion. Now Anhui is in a critical period of industrial adjustment. In this period, producer services play an increasingly important part. According to the empirical analysis, the author provides some advice:firstly, producer services and manufacturing industry needs of harmonious development; secondly, policy support is important to improve the interactive development.Finally, the paper’s innovation point is that the paper adopts the empirical analysis to analyze the interactive relationship of producer services and manufacturing industry. The shortcoming is that further study for the interactive relationship can be made in the future.
